Such a lovely building and the art makes it a very cool place to stay. I think the owners take guests for granted though and the service is tired and a little rude - breakfast is 3 bread rolls and jam, plus a little egg and bacon, but it’s exactly the same every day. I don’t understand why the owners don’t put a bit more effort into this. The owners also have extremely loud conversations over you, whilst eating - including booming voices from the kitchen (they don’t close the door) and they sometimes shout at each other across you as though you are not there. Front desk staff great, very helpful and friendly, but I think the owners take guests for granted and don’t really try to make them feel welcome
