Everything was perfect the staff were great and very kind and caring the breakfast was ok eggs waffles fruits Juice coffe toast cereale baggles etc.

Very clean and friendly management. It is such a pleasure to stay in an elegant, old-style, historic "mansion' instead of another cookie-cutter concrete block that defines most modern hotels. And very nice to be able to walk to all attractions of Montebello. Very nice river views.

It would be okay for a $80/night stay and if you like a "turning of the century feeling". Looking nice on a picture though...

Our room had a lot of lady bugs, they came and vacuum it! The shower wasn't working properly, the AC is a split type and it was broken, the heat smelled fowl as soon as we turned it on. The TV didn't work. This hotel is simply outdated compared to all other hotels. It is well renovated from the outside though, and looked good!

It was a quaint and quiet hotel. Make sure you make a resetvation at a local restaurant for dinner.

Good option for short stay in Montebello Friendly quiet and clean

Bar was not open, however we asked for wine glasses and were provided with clean glasses daily. Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff were very friendly!

Appliances needs to be updated. Way too old

Staff was nice and the hotel quiet. The continental breakfast that is provided is very minimal and a bit disappointing. The hotel looks nice on the photo, but when you get there it is dated. It’s supposed to look like an old auberge, but it looks more like they painted over some institutional building. It’s very tacky.
