Staff was friendly and helpful any time I needed any assistance

The room was lovely and very clean!

We stayed only one night but the hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to suggest activities and restaurants for our time there. We would stay again.

Walking distance to most popular places. We were given free public transport tickets for our whole stay which was quite useful and a nice surprise.

This property is strict with there no return policy. Even when being denied boarding on a plane and cannot make it. They still would not refund my money. Will never book with this hotel again.

Lovely old hotel close to the old town with lots of places to eat close by. 2 tram stops connecting the city sites. Lovely

A few disappointments - the room was tired and could have done with some modernisation - the bed was very hard, the fridge was not cold and the safe didn’t work - extremely disappointing that I’ve had to chase for our deposit to be returned - we paid a lot of money to stay here and sadly left disappointed

A good boutique hotel. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms which I highly recommended. I am impressed with the attention to details such as providing Clarins products for guests. We had a great stay. Thank you!

This hotel was the most disappointing out of the 4 we stayed in. The room we had the air con was broke men and they replaced it with a loud cooler where we had to keep the window open for the pipe. They had no spare room they could offer us. Staff tried their best but not much they could do. Good location for food. Bed was comfy if we could get past the heat.

The property is a traditional building but rooms clean and in a good decorative state but small. Staff are friendly but not at all forthcoming. Facilities are poor: the seating area is small and windowless and has no services at all. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday and Mondays. The menu is almost exclusively fish with no vegan or vegetarian mains options. The location is within walking distance of the old city, parks and city centre. Quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby but quite busy with traffic and noise.

We stay only one night at Tiffany's the hotel staff was really friendly and speak good English. The room was comfortable, good price for the quality and location of the hotel. They also provide a bus pass that makes it easier to move around the city.

A lovely hotel in central Geneva. We were there for one night and found it comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff was excellent. There are a couple of steps here and there to get to the elevator or your room, so that might be an issue for some. Would stay there again.

The hotel was pleasant enough but a bit dated. Breakfast was quite limited & the 2 waitresses at breakfast were quite rude & unfriendly.

Great old style hotel, very comfortable room but we did have an issue with the shower/bath….you have to step in at the back of the bath where there is a big slope in the bath with no safety pads to ensure you don’t slip. My wife did and banged German head and ended up with a lot of bad bruising. Not great….mentioned it on check out
