We arrived to learn that the A/C was not working but would be comped for breakfast. Checked the comments too late on this site after checking in and discovered the A/C was out for at least 3 weeks. Would have appreciated the option to change hotels as sleeping was nearly impossible and the bar was closed during our stay. Amex is no longer an option for this hotel thru Expedia. Hotel staff were friendly and understanding but I would confirm that the a/c is working during a summer visit and bar/restaurant is open prior to booking.

Good location. A bit dated.

The hotel was lovely for our group to stay in. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip!

Place doesn’t look like it is advertised.Doesn't seem that is four star hotel.Rooms are so small.Hallways are very narrow not clean .Everything is very old and dusty.Rooms are clean can’t complain. I would expect a much more for the money they are changing for a hotel.Not recommended.Parking is really inconvenient .

A lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice cooked breakfast and continental. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay, in walking distance from shops, lake and beautiful park

Sauna

The photo of the outdoor seating is misleading. This is a private terrace for a particular room - I had thought it was a rooftop bar so felt disappointed. On arrival at hotel was told the restaurant was closed for 2 of our 3 nights there. We had to source another - took time. Breakfast - arrived downstairs to a small yapping dog being fed by owner at the table. Ate elsewhere. Room comfortable.

Wonderful experience all around. Held our bags, before and after check in, great recommendation for lunch, a nice, quiet room, and a large breakfast with all we could want. 5/5

Excellent location and cleanliness. Staff very professional but not overly friendly! Bit dated in terms of decor and very thin walls where we were. Window not triple glazed and couldn’t close properly but not an issue as it was warm.

The hotel was cute, especially the designs of its rooms. Don't get confused. The reception combines selling products of fine chocolates. I thought I went to the wrong place lol.

Outrageous pricing for tiny room with minimal amenities.

Nice area and centre is easily walkable. Rooms are sound proof, except noise travels from the corridors/lift area. Nice staff. Overall a good stay.

Excellent staff on arrival

It wasnt as amazing as the hotel write up as shower was broken and no accessible sockets to use in room. Bed comfy, nice and clean.

We stayed only one night but the hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to suggest activities and restaurants for our time there. We would stay again.

Walking distance to most popular places. We were given free public transport tickets for our whole stay which was quite useful and a nice surprise.

This property is strict with there no return policy. Even when being denied boarding on a plane and cannot make it. They still would not refund my money. Will never book with this hotel again.
