Convenient location close to all designer stores, who loves the shopping, a lot of good restaurants near by, safe to walk on the streets. Limited parking on site.

Real old world charm at this hotel. Polished snd shiny wood beautiful architecture in the heart if rhe best area of Napoli.

Central location, close to popular attractions and metro station. Housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. Overall, enjoyable experience.

Very good location in a beautiful shopping and dining area

Exe is an older hotel but very well maintained. We noticed there were LOTS of concenient light switches and power outlets in the rooms, even automatic window shutters. Very accommodating staff. Easy walking distance to the harbor, shops, restaurants.

Location is excellent. Great restaurants nearby and safe to walk around.

The property was close to great stores to shop, it was less populated and close to the water.

This hotel has an excellent location - very close to the harbour as well as the Piazza del Plebiscito. The staff is very cordial and very good. The rooms and bathroom are large. The breakfast also has a good spread. The hotel is not well maintained. The carpets in hotel are dirty and the bathroom fittings and furniture are old.

The location, staff, and room were excellent. The hotel is in a very nice area with access to public transportation and restaurants. The staff is very competent and extremely helpful and courteous.

The hotel was very outdated. Shower did not drain. The day that i checked out, i needed a taxi to the airport. The receptionist said there is a marathon that morning and i cant get a taxi. I have to walk to the central station with all my luggage and catch a bus. This would have been impossible with two large suitcases and a carryon. I should have been verbally informed during checkin that there would be no taxis during checkout so i could make alternative plans. Luckily i asked the receptionist to please try for a taxi since it was still early in the morning. And luckily it came.

Great position.

The Majestic is in a quiet location but still conveniently close to great shops and restaurants in Chiaia. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

A/C in rooms (3) did not work well. Manager overrode temp setting but none of our 3 rooms cooled. The halls and lobby were even hotter. Stayed here before w/o problem. This trip at this hotel was intolerable and will NEVER stay here again

There was always security to keep tourist safe

This hotel is very clean and the room was big - The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was outstanding - large amount of choices I only wish there were more services provided- like currency exchange and postage available and currency exchange but all in all very nice hotel
