The place is filthy. I am so grossed out. Wanted to leave the second I arrived. Will never, never stay here again. SO GROSS. Everything is dirty. Broken window/door - no fresh air. Old toilet clogged within first 2 minutes. Very close to instate unending drone of trucks. Worst stay ever anywhere I've been in many countries on 4 continents.

The property needed some upgrades to it. I could use some paint and some cleaning around the buildings and stuff. They didn’t have any staff on hand when we went there and the gentleman at the front desk was so extremely rude. It was terrible. Complete turn off the rooms our room was average, but other people that stayed with us their room didn’t have sheets, towels, shower curtains. They had to go down to the front of the hotel and ask form they were asked to switch rooms if it was more or less a big mess, I would never recommend anybody staying there and they had no pools for the kids to go to and mind you. We went there for a birthday party Very unsatisfied.

There was no heat and the TV wasn't working (no Internet)

Room was clean. A little outdated l. The price was good. If you are just looking for a room to sleep then this was good. The pool was not open so not comment. Walls were a little thin can here the neighbors at times.

We only stayed for one night and were just looking for an inexpensive night which it was! This hotel has good bones, but it is old and run down. It is better condition that the last time we stayed, but it needs some updating and some TLC. The location is great!! We came off season, so it would be nice to be here when the pools are open!

The property looks nothing like pictures, but the beds seemed new and the room was fine. Short person showers could be updated as I am 5'9" and it was hitting me in the chest. Quiet, clean, decent room at a steal of a price for the dells area.

The indoor pool is out of commission. The pics looked perfect for my toddler

Pool was closed, charge after charge. Then never got the $50.00 charge actually put back on my card but says was.

Parking was free and easy. Hallways smelled like weed. Room keys stopped working. Had trouble getting into the hotel. Front desk not helpful. Could not get TV to work. Hotel said wifi was down. Online said indoor Waterpark was year round but when we got there, hotel said it was closed until May. Online said they served food but no restaurant on site, etc

Nice area

The water park and pool were closed for the winter so that was a bummer. The pool was separate so not sure why that couldnt have been open. But other then that it was a good stay. Have stayed many times and the remodling js coming along nicely.

AC unit not working and cable not in service

The property was nice. We'd recommend it for families. Our room was basically a one bedroom apartment with kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, silverware, pots and pans (whole kitchen set up). A kitchen table complets the kitchen. There is a livingroon with a pull-out couch and tv. The bedroom and bathroom are nice. So if you want to bring food and make it in the kitchen this is the place for you. The pools were closed on our stay. Staff was not there for two of the days for our stay. So no staff for help if needed. No breakfast.

The staff were great. The hotel needs updated and pools need to be opened all year around!!

The apartment was very stingy that air very dry walking in the bathroom though there's a lift in the floor so you can Trip easy there was bugs crawling on the wall I told the guy this morning about it and he's like oh you could have came downstairs and we just moved you to another room but the way I look at it there's bugs in this room they're going to be bugs in other rooms
