Our anniversary weekend spent in a nice room, warm welcome, spa was amazing everything else from towls, glasses, onl lamp not working & not being replaced. Gave this hotel a below average score

The room was comfortable. It was a shame that the dining facilities were closed.

No sockets by bed wouldn’t serve us in restaurant because a coach load had priority no breakfast

Ok. Aircon didn’t work. Otherwise clean and easy to access.

I travel to Batemans Bay regularly for business and have been staying at Sunseeker for many years. I have found the place very suitable, clean, comfortable and the management and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Nice and clean great size rooms

Room was well presented. Spacious with dining table and three chairs and a settee. Not a large fridge, but stocked with drinks and snacks. On site restaurant appears popular, we did not dine there.

The room was spacious. No noise from others. Close to everything we wanted to do. It was easily accessible for my husband who has mobility challenges.

Property was ok. Room had been modernised but revocation was poor quality.

Property was clean and modern and the restaurant food was fantastic the tvs were a let down but the owner had said they were just in the process of upgrading them to a modern qled unit
