Lovely stay at Hotel Deloix. Ideal for families. Tucked out of the way from the louder and busier parts of Benidorm. In the summer I would imagine it’s quite busy but we visited over Easter. Outdoor pools still very cold but gorgeous setting. Indoor pool was very welcome. It would be a good idea to take swimming hats as they are required for the indoor pool. This should be advertised more clearly before booking. The breakfast was ok. We tried the snack bar once and this was good. Bar staff were fab! The entertainment on the evening was mediocre but it was the start of the season and a tough audience to get a good atmosphere going. Gym was just ok. We were happy with resistance machines and free weights but it’s old snd tired. Rules suggest no children U14 however when I went 5 younger boys just messing about in there with no adult supervision. Padel courts were great and available whenever we did want to book them. Some nice restaurants close by and the hotel were great at booking us a taxi into old town. The rooms were a great size, four of us together, we had a balcony which was nice, would have been nicer to have had a room with the evening sunshine on the balcony. The housekeepers were efficient and we always came back to a very clean and made up room after breakfast and a game of padel, which was really lovely. Overall a lovely few days away, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with really high standards of cleanliness in a quieter part of benidorm. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable.

The hotel had a lovely feel about it. Homely. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was furnished well. Bed was gorgeous.and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Just a couple of points. With breakfast I was looking for baked beans. I eventually found them next to the porridge. Every other hotel has them where the cooked breakfast bar is.. Lastly, some tiles are missing in the indoor pools. Thanks a lovely stay and be back again.

Nice room with veranda. Breakfast room was very crowded and difficult to find a place to sit.

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice

Check in after 3pm Day nearly over by then Our room had a bad smell some days, probably the drains. And one day I could smell it in the reception area

The hotel was stunning. I loved the pools and it was not over busy either. The staff were spot on and ready to help. I loved the snack bar also. The bed was so big and comfy. Gym was not too bad 👌❤️

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms were beautiful, large and well kept. Facilities were amazing and it's a great location too. We will definitely be back!

Hotel space is lovely, however large groups of Spanish arrive at the weekends with 30+ children in the same group. Roof top pool only open in July and August, the noise and the way the pool area was taken over ruined the stay

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, Maid staff also very helpful and flexible with room cleans, good selection of pools although rooftop pool was closed so never got a chance to see roof area, Breakfast was probably the best I've had for a larger hotel Good bus links right outside front of hotel for cheap travels into central Benidorm or Altea. Only negative comment i could provide is the air conditioning unit on the roof is very noisy and lasts fir approx 10mins everytime it switches on, apart from that I would definitely stay here again and probably will, alot of more expensive hotels come no where close to this one.

Excellent with families

Stayed there lots of times with my wife and with the lads always had a great time. Staff very welcoming and helpful as always. Great facilities, would recommend.
