The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. From the breakfast staff to the front desk.
It is listed as a 5 star, it’s a 3 at best. It’s a good hotel with some real issues.
1. The room was tiny and warm, with no air conditioning. We were forced to leave our windows open all night, which led to many mosquito bites.
2. Because we were forced to leave our windows open, the streets were incredibly loud all night leading to very poor sleeping.
3. The gym was tiny, leaving little room for more than 1 person, 2 if you squeeze
4. It has none of the true amenities of a real 5 star
5. It’s a bit too far from city center. 25 minute walk
6. The shower was tiny and the pipes changed temperature to boiling about every 9 seconds.
Overall, it’s a pretty good, well kept, 3.5 star boutique hotel. It neither a 5 nor a 4 star.
