Receptionist far away from friendly, she even gave me airport shuttle price w120,000 by bus while I get only W60,000 from local luxurious taxi. The receptionist should learn the servant management from the cleaning lady who took care floor 6th. Very disappointed, I am very familiar with ramada else where.
