Very friendly and helpful

Lovely room on the water.

Easy to find location in the middle of downtown. Incredible meals, atmosphere. Worth a second or third trip.

This place was great! We had a beautiful seaside room and the meals were all delicious. The write up said a light dinner, but we found it filling. The gym looked really nice, but I never made it there

Nice location and easy walk from the railway station and return to the inner city with its attractions. Super that breakfast, afternoon coffee and evening buffet were in the price.

Glitzy nice Looking bathrooms. Property renovation was nice in most respects. But maintenance was less than impressive. Broken soap/conditioner dispenser in the shower 2 days to fix. Light bulb out in the bathroom. 2 days to fix None of these issues were noted on the room in the computer system. Not sure how the hotel tracks issues No Compensation - hard to understand.l

A nice comfortable hotel on the water. The food was amazing. Included was breakfast, fika and dinner. All meals were homemade and fresh. The room was clean, quiet and cozy. The hotel is in a great location as well. Really liked this hotel.

Very nicely renovated old storage houses right on the water. Nice wooded beams in the ceiling in our room.

Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. God mat på kvällen och fin frukostbuffé. Lite stökigt på grund av renovering.

Rum: ngt slitet,rangliga stolar,långa gardiner som skymmer element och termostat,WC fint. Matsal: Invaderat av hundar under hela vistelsen,6-8 olika hundar i matsalen vid varje måltid: Hur kan detta vara OK ? i Sverige vi har väl fortfarande nån form av miljö&hälsa i våra kommuner. såg t.o.m. hundar som satt i "husses" knä och åt från bordet !! Att man har hundar på sina rum är en sak men dom ska inte vara i matsalen=sanitär olägenhet. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam bra service. Kanske lite rörigt under renovering men det är ju ok.

Lite rörigt iom ombyggnationen men i övrigt mkt bra. Bra läge, fin service, skön säng och mysiga rum.

Generellt bra. Problem vid incheckning då det var dator problem. Löste sig på 30 minuter. Ombyggnad av restaurangen gjorde att man fick gå till en annan lokal för att äta, inga problem då det inte regnade.
