Yes place was spotless and they were kind, the only problem was trying to get a hold of someone at the hotel for the shuttle to the hotel .

Hotel was being remodeled and rooms smelled like paint. Room too minimalist, not enough space. Bed uncomfortable. A/C wasn’t working properly.

Excellent service (transportation to and from the airport is included). The cost-benefit is really favorable; I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying just to wait for your next day connecting flight.

Close to the airport. Shuttle was on time, although the driver didn't want to turn on the air conditioner in the van, it was warm and stuffy inside. He finally opened the windows. Hotel room was clean, spacious. Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Good price.

Clean room to rest a few hours

*BEWARE* This hotel is not foreigner friendly. I was treated with disdain for my entire stay. Checkout is posted at 12 pm and the staff cut the power to my room to force me to leave. They denied my refund and did absolutely nothing to make it right. The staff is a group of 20 something’s who are more interested in social media than providing a modicum of service. Extremely unprofessional. Spend a few extra bucks for a known brand and avoid this HOVEL.

This hotel is budget-friendly and is primarily used for a short stay before my next flight. It’s only 5 minutes from the MTY airport. I would rate it a solid 8 because its free shuttle service, with small room size but clean

One night stay, location is great as we were taking a flight early in the morning. Hotel is under construction and new rail construction is making a heavy traffic to the airport.
