While the room seemed clean, it smelled like vomit. The pool area was a mess. Smelled bad and the floor was covered in hair and dirt. Breakfast area didnt have any coffee cups and were out of coffee. The staff was very nice and especially the night staff at the front desk. That being said, Will not stay there again.

The power kept flickering, the TV kept going in and out, floors were absolutely disgusting, breakfast was not as advertised online, strong smell of weed, Overall this stay was over priced for what we got.

For the price, great

The photos were misleading, the pool was broken and the parking lots was covered in dog poop.

Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Hair and dirt all over our bed had to get new sheets.

Pool was down, but other than that it was great. Quiet!

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very nice and very clean. Highly recommend. Only thing wrong the pool was a little cold lol

Overall a nice Super 8, affordable and very convenient for the wedding we attended in Lake City. Was not made aware at check-in that housekeeping had to be requested via a sheet stuck in the door (?) but still didn’t receive service even when I asked at the desk. Had to come get new sheets at 10:40 pm when we returned to the property and change the beds myself as I had stripped them earlier in the day.

Bed smalle than advertised. Front desk let someone else cancel my reservation for the sec night. Overnight shift was the only thing that was good about the stay.

Romm and hallways were clean. My only reason for one downgrade was the condition of the sidewalk...which was broken up when we were there a year ago, and which I would consider a hazard for many people.

This place has cockroaches! We found them in our room and requested a room change. They put me in the room directly across the hall (110) from the room I was already in (111) I moved the refrigerator away from the wall and sure enough a cockroach. Also one behind the dresser. We checked out and were able to get a refund through Expedia. Not only disgusting but so inconvenient as we were in town for a funeral and struggled to find a place for the dogs during the service. Cockroaches in TWO rooms…running around, that place must be infested if the roaches are coming out while the lights are on and just running up the walls like the one in our room did

Over the past decade, we have stayed at this same facility on our way north to the U.P. and on our way home to Indiana. It has deteriorated in service and amenities since we last visited two years ago. We will find other accommodations for the future. Sorry, but those are the facts.

The property was fine but the toilet had dirty water and a major ring from sitting that way.
