Pavement around property is terrible

Hotels run down…employees were great

Had a perfectly satisfactory overnight stay at this hotel. Online early check-in saved time. Our requested floor preference was honored. The room was clean and pleasingly decorated, had a nice fridge and microwave. Wifi was good. Beds were a bit hard and mattresses needed turning. Free breakfast was better than many. Altogether a good stay.

Looking at colleges, perfect location.

We loved the kithenette

The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke. There was dried toothpaste on the bathroom floor and little hairs (like whiskers) all over the bathroom shower stall walls. The carpets did not look vacuumed either. I told the front desk when I checked out. They did not seem bothered. This is my first negative review I have ever written which means it must have been very bad.

This property needs to be torn down or completely renovated. The rugs are stained, lighting is awful, mold grows around the bathroom floor, and you can hear everything next door, in the hallway, and out in the parking lot.

Was just okay...I checked in on my phone before I got there but still had to wait.Which was kind of annoying

Location is great, easy access to hwy, school and shopping. Staff is very nice. Bathroom needs a refresh. Room door does not give patrons a safe feel, as there are pry marks. The door has issues closing properly without a good push. The secondary locking mechanism is bent. They can definitely do better clearing the snow and ice in the parking lot.

Good morning, my stay at the Hotel it was a little unsettling. 9:00 in the morning when I'm trying to sleep there's a big Ruckus because I'm on the first floor. And it's breakfast time. I never want to first floor room again. Then we had a fire scare. While I was sleep the fire alarm went off and almost gave me a dad on heart attack scared me to death.

Check in and staff were great! Location and cleanliness of room (105) weren’t. The room is right next to the lobby and breakfast area so it was pretty noisy. The hotel is also located on a busy road and next to a pizzeria that delivers until 2am so noise from cars was steady. As we walked into our room my dog immediately spotted half a strip of bacon and a peanut M&M under the table. No big deal…but later she was eating a packet of butter that she found under the bed. Looking to make sure there was nothing else we found a cup, pair of dirty socks, dirty Kleenex, bottle tops, pastry wrappers, a giant wad of gum and a mousetrap. Housekeeping needs to do better.
