This property is really run down. The AC was broken, beds hard, one thin hard pillow and one lumpy pillow, and they did nothing to compensate us for the fact that we were uncomfortable and unable to sleep. The lumpy pillow was most likely full of over 10yrs of skin cells. The rating should be changed to a 2 star hotel.

This hotel was fantastic in every respect - from the staff and the location to the room and facilities.

Fantastic property. Great location 5min way to beach, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Clean and well managed. Breakfast was extensive and well prepared. One of the best hotels in Italy we have stayed in.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. It is simply fabulous. The staff were so accommodating, the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast buffet looked like a setting for a magazine. If in Rimini again, I would stay nowhere else.

excellent hotel.very helpful with taxis etc, as transport options for getting to Rimini Fiera were poor.. easy access to main beach area and dining options.

Reasonably priced. Very clean. Good location. Close to beach and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. It’s not fancy and we had a room with no view. But, if the above are important to you, then I’d highly recommend.

What a great hotel! Very cool design, spotlessly clean, charming and helpful staff, great location, and delicious breakfast! It's a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Very reasonable price as well. Just perfection.

Good place to enjoy the coast. Good room, good breakfast and nice staff. Parking fee 15€/day but free parking can be available in the neighborhoods

The property was very clean and bright and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even lent me a screwdriver to fix my suitcase. Only miss was towels that were left to be reused disappeared with no replacement, but one call and they were at the door with the replacements. Very happy with stay.

The hotel, the room and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful breakfast presented w elegance and style. nicer than what one sees at even a 5 star. Location was terrific as it was quiet and near restaurants and the beach resorts. However it is not that close to old town. A cab ride is necessary from the train station. Hotel is spotless. The decor is functional and whimsical. Bathrooms are roomy and have stall showers. Rooms are very clean. Great place to stop for a clean room with a very pleasant atmosphere. The nearby restaurants are excellent.

The counter clerk was very pleasant and informative. She told us about everything we needed to know about the hotel

Good points- staff were lovely, very happy and helpful. Hotel location was great, although next time I would rather stay beach front. Rooms are lovely and clean, comfy bed. Rooftop pool area was great although water was freezing, but lovely area. Breakfast selection and presentation was lovely, and great that it is offered until 12pm. Valet parking was good. Bad points- The room didn't have an iron- nor did reception so wasn't possible to iron clothes that had been creased in suitcase. The room didn't offer tea or coffee facilities which I found surprising. The view from the room was horrendous. The balcony was lovely although we couldn't use it as was overlooking and directly next to a derelict building that was full of pigeons that was circling. We did ask for a different room but was told not possible which was a shame, as this horrendous view meant we could not use the balcony area or even leave doors open due to the pigeons so close to us. I am slightly confused by all of the exceptional reviews for the hotel, as I am sure there are probably many better hotels. Although perhaps more expensive.

Nice place located close to the beach. Good breakfast, nice rooms, great staff.
