Everything was perfect !!

The bathroom was flooded from a leak in the ceiling , we had to move rooms at midnight with two children fast asleep.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was good and room was super clean. Super quiet rooms as well.

Good location, rooms were spacious, my stay was without breakfast. PARKING was a hustle.

The hotel was ok, but oddly stingy. We booked two rooms for 5 people, in lduing 3 women with long hair. They didn't leave enough towels, when we asked for more they brought 1 towel up. They don't cover their duvet covers, so you are using uncleaned/shared comforters, only protected by your single sheet. Lastly the restaurant manager asked our daughter to put back the packets of chocolate powder she took. Likely $2 worth of powder...she didn't eat the breakfast that we paid for and only wanted that. We've been travelling for a month in Spain, and this was our least favorite experience at any hotel or airbnb.

Totally satisfied on all counts. Would definitely return.

Hotel is more suburban. Limited food options. Restaurant on premises was not very friendly or good. Restaurants in area were booked and busy and often no seating. I would stay in coty center if I returned.

Great location easy to get to via tram from inter city bus station or train station. Short walk to city centre. Breakfast very varied and extremely good. Staff all very efficient and pleasant. Room quiet comfy and large with a good shower.

Our room was spacious, clean & the bed was very comfortable. Walkable to shops, dining & the Alhambra. Street noise continues late into the night, may be difficult for light sleepers. Parking onsite must be booked in advance separately. We ended up having to park in a public garage several blocks away. Most of the staff was friendly & helpful, although we did encounter a front desk person who was not. All in all, a good place to stay & would recommend.

The property is definitely dated and the layout/design of certain things is very poorly done. Regardless it was a fine stay. Conventionally located, good breakfast and friendly staff

Very nice property with big rooms. Modern feel, plenty of elevators, nice high-pressure shower, fast wi fi, within a block of the metro that gets you to the train station and bus stations. Nice terrace and exercise room. Room was very large compared to the rooms I stayed in Seville or Córdoba.

El personal que nos atendío fue muy amable, nos explico todo lo que podiamos hacer en la ciudad, y todo estuvo muy bien. Los cuartos muy limpios

Large comfortable room. Nice powerful shower with free toiletries. Fridge and kettle in room. Car Park. Nice café/bar next door to the hotel.
