We didn't have pets and we didn't use the spa ,everything was great

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing. The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above!

Unfriendly reception, dark corridors

The accommodation is very nice, about 15-20 minutes drive from Verona's Arena. We had our own car, so this was not a problem. Just consider this, when taking the decision of staying at this Best Western.

Small room (economy) but clean and breakfast was good enough. Located in front of a gas station but we didn’t have problems with noise. Great value

Outside Verona. Easy access to Auto strada.

Our family stay was up to the expectations. The hotel looks like it is from the nineties, but it is well preserved, spotless clean and comfortable.

Late night check in was not a problem 👍 Breakfast nice, just the Coffe machine👎 - in Italy I want proper cappuccino! Not this instant rubbish.
