I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family. The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop. there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

The staff and service was amazing as always. Cirel and Raquel on main desk and Antonio carlos jose gave us the warm welcome we get every year. Upgraded to sea view at no extra cost .

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

The sea view and location. Staff could be friendly as this was lacking and we didnt feel welcome. Not good customer service. Ive stayed around the world in five star places and four star. Never have i experienced unfriendly staff.

Nice hotel with rooftop swimming pool with great ocean and mountain view.. althrough hotel was nice and clean it would rate it as 3.5 star hotel. Improvement suggestion. Plz keep water boiler and tea in room

We were a family of 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the small town of Pineda. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were extremely happy with the variety of food available. There are options for everyone's taste and dietary needs. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool, which is very small and does not allow people to swim. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, it is also good to have the option of swimming. The description of the swimming pool should be made more accurate in the website, or the photos need to be more realistic, as they are presented in a way that don't reflect the real size.

The hotel is good, food good and location is good. All what i expected. Downfalls was: walls so thin you can hear the conversation next door word for word. The train track in-between the hotel and beach. The pool is nice but very shallow, good for kids but don't expect Olympic style. We had a great stay and for the price we are very satisfied

We absolutely loved Pineda De Mar and the H-Top Pineda Palace was great with one exception. 4 nights of our 8 night stay were disrupted by disrespectful guest in the room next to ours. There were carrying about and causing a ruckus well into the morning hours, we could even hear them physically smacking their kids. The front desk was called, and they woud call and ask them to be quite, but without any on property security, there was little they could/would do.

Comfortable , friendly hotel . Good selection of food , entertainment good . Cant fault cleanliness and daily upkeep of the rooms .Well recommended, will be back.

I was very disappointed for a 4 start hotel at the beach. All, i meant all was charged. no ice machine, no microwave. no iron. even the internet was charged per hour. ridiculous

Great, we have stayed at Pineda Palace Hotel a few times now and it just gets better & better, we would not look at any other hotels if it is not a H Top we have a Love affair with this company, and will continue to holiday with them in the future. Keep it up H Top, we love you.

The hotel is NOT A 4 STAR ! I have better food in a 2 star hotel. ! A very clean hotel and rooms were spotless but very basic n tired looking ie torn curtains. Awful view from back of hotel so pay for a sea view ! The entertainment was. Rubbish ! But the patio area was very smart. But not enough chairs n tables out there ! It's a very Spanish hotel which is nice, feels more like a foreign holiday . The food. Is disgusting. !!!!!!!!! Same food served every day ! Who eats cold pasta and cauliflower for breakfast ? All the dishes were cold !! Chips were edible. But always cold !!! I would not return to this hotel if it was offered to me FREE !!! Only nice thing was the. Roof top. Sun patio.. Pool far to small and if you go in the school holidays you will never get in there as the kids just go wild , bombing. Etc .... There is no life gaurd so beware ! Also the beds were so cheap and hard basic mattresses we both ended up with bad backs
