Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the town. Magnificent view. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Pool on premise was a huge plus

Absolutely fabulous hotel and staff. Although there are many local restaurants in the area, the hotel’s restaurant is on par with the best of them. Breakfast or dinner, they will not disappoint and the views are FANTASTIC!! Best views in Sorrento. Staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Will be sure to stay again on our next trip to Italy.

Bed needs replacing- seriously sagging. Liked the shower.

no access to the beach unless going to non-hotel related beach clubs

When we arrived , the front desk upgraded us to an ocean view room. It was magnificent! Everyone was extremely accommodating. The chef stayed an extra half hour to make sure we had a great lunch.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurants were wonderful, views perfection and the staff was beyond helpful.

We had the most incredible stay at Imperial Hotel Tramontano – it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming. We stayed in the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was absolutely magical – in fact, we actually got engaged on that very balcony, so it will forever hold a special place in our hearts! The hotel itself is stunning, full of charm and elegance, and the location is just perfect – a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Sorrento, making it super easy to explore the town. Every detail, from the views to the service, made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to the wonderful team at Imperial Hotel Tramontano for making such a special moment in our lives even more memorable. We cannot wait to return!

Great Gem and location in Sorrento

Great location and impressive hotel, beautiful swimming pool and views over the bay. No tea or coffee in the rooms and the hotel is a little older but its still a great place to stay.

Excellent location. Very friendly and professional staff.

The service was beyond excellent. Needed to fix a lamp outage; the electrician was at our door within 3 minutes with problem fixed in 8 minutes flat. Needed to send out laundry, 2 maids (not one) at our door within 4 minutes. Needed a late night dinning recommendation and the place they recommended was not only open at 9PM but only 4 minutes walking and the food and service was out of this world. Needed a taxi, I was told 20 minutes it arrived in 5. Need my car brought in, was told 15 minutes, arrived in 5. Unmatched service in my view and I've been around.

This hotel is in excellent location, but unfortunately the amenities wasn't good enough. The pool close early and the bar in the pool also, and do not open until 12 pm the food.

My second time at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous clean rooms, wonderful staff. The only thing that I was disappointed about on this trip was that the private elevator to the beach was down for repairs and we had to walk down the street and pay for the public elevator. Other than that it was perfect and this will be temporary. You cannot ask for a better location in Sorrento - highly recommend.
