No air conditioning the room was too hit mo windows that we can open' the mini refrigerator wasn't working' the receptionist service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place

Property needs a major overhaul - furniture was dirty and in need of repair- sheets and towels were clean - hotel was quiet.

From the moment I walked in the service was first class. I was greeted bt the friendliest front desk and check in was quick. I was in my room within 5min. The room was nice considering the star ratings. I have stayed at more expensive and higher star ratungbhotels and the rooms were not as nice. Yes their could be some updates, but for price, location, comfort and service I will indefinitely stay here again.

Overnight stay for a wedding. Quick shuttle service from JFK - arrived for me in 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in super early. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable room, spacious. Ok breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet. Clean. Very comfortable. id stay here again! Carpet was stained in some areas of the hotel but others pretty new-looking property.

Easy parking, friendly staff, decent breakfast and clean room. A bit expensive for the accommodations though.

This is an old hotel that has not been kept up. The carpet in the hallways are stained and woren. The upholstered furniture in the main lobby and lounge area are woren and dirty. Our room was marginal. Furniture is old, worn and dirty. Bathroom, again, old and not well kept...wallpaper falling off, walls were dirty. Shower, toilet and sink were clean. Bed linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. There is pattern to this hotel that shows a lack of pride in ownership! I was embarrassed to be staying here but I knew what I was getting into because I read the reviews. I was hoping that it wasn't as bad as the reviews made it out to be but it was. We made the best of it and was able to find humor in it. The staff was pleasant and attentive to our requests for extra pillows and bath towels.

Good morning breakfast. Also quite. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Stains on floors, signs of liquid exposure throughout third floor (where we stayed). Shower / tub were not thoroughly cleaned (there were stray hairs from previous guest). On the positive side, late night check in was accommodating and our request for a king Bed was granted (we booked a standard room, which was not guaranteed to be a king).
