As an international hotel staff should be much better schooled in english

Great location for Roland Garros. That’s about all it has going for it. Property is very warn and in need of updating. AC not working well so rooms were smoking hot.

The staff at the desk was helpful if you engaged with them in person. I had reported a problem with my TV (if kept shutting off) from my room phone - there was no response for two days. I then reported it at the desk and my TV was replaced within 20 minutes. It was quiet, safe, and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel & well located for access to Orly Airport and centre of Paris via Metro link. Room was nice. Breakfast good except for quality of bacon served which was poor. Otherwise all good.

great accommodation for parc de prince and bois de boulougne Easy transfer to Paris city centre - metro 5 minute walk away We included breakfast and a great start to the day
