Very comfortable. If booking online, pay in advance to avoid misunderstanding about exchange rates and addon charges. Avoid DaDa Bar across the street...they cheat tourists.

clean and close to restaurants and shopping. No free bottled water every day, they charge $3.80 per bottle U.S. when it should be free, and they overcharge for the bottles. This way VERY annoying. Front desk and manager would not budge on this....most decent hotels provied a couple of bottles free daily. Nothing special about this hotel, it's central, no view, just very average breakfast that does not change daily.

Very convenient and nice staff

The property was poorly maintained, room 903's split AC cannot maintain proper room temperature. The amenities provided are minimum. Free coffee is suposed to be provided at the lobby at non breakfast time, but we are rufused to access the coffee during non breakfast time. Strange rule, can't understand the logic.

Hotel was closed to the major shopping center. Accommodation was okay. We had all we needed to spend the night before our cruise.

The hotel offered basic services, nothing fancy. We had all we need. Breakfast selection was okay.

Hotel is very close to centre and provides easy shopping.

They charges us 130 USD extra for Pet (as they said more then 8 kilos not allowed) and parking and tax its quit expensive and we waited more then 2 hours for checkin because they refused that we only accept 8kilos of pet

Outdated, no power outlets by the beds. Good luck with CPAP machines or charging phones or laptops. The hot water is so hot that will harm you. Tried to call for room service and nobody answered. Asked for a room service menu and took 3 hours for me to get it. Many homeless in the area and interesting that the front door is locked even early afternoon, that made me wonder about the safety of the area. Only plus bfast is included, nothing special but OK.

nice hotel in a very good ubication, clean and the staff is great, specially Benjamin at the front desk. I would stay here again.
