Everting is good. Except WiFi very slow

Rooms are basic but clean. The WiFi does not work. A little run down. Has issue with checking in and the room we booked was not the room we was given, made to feel like requesting the right room was a massive inconvenience. The outside area is great! Nice pool and seating. Food is poor but close enough to other restaurants

This hotel does not feel like a 4-star property; I would rate it closer to 3 stars. It is quite large, and the garden is definitely the highlight of the property. The location is good as well. However, the hotel appears to be understaffed, which affects the overall experience. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The food is quite basic—I only tried the breakfast and something from the pool bar, and both were underwhelming. The main issue is the lack of staff availability, which impacts service quality. Additionally, the spa is overrated and not worth the money.

Despite reading a number of reviews, a few of which were not encouraging , we have found this hotel to be one of the best we,'ve ever stayed in , within the price range .The gardens and pool areas were excellent . The leisure/ sports facilities included a nice lounge area , TV/bar room .Table tennis and billiard tables etc . The breakfast buffet was varied , tasty and abundent. Our bungalow was perfectly adequate for our needs and was serviced every day .Very friendly / helpful staff . GO FOR IT !!

Clean room

Cet hôtel possède un beau jardin avec piscine et le personnel qui travaille à la piscine est sympa; ceci dit, les chambres sont défraîchies et devraient bénéficier d’une sérieuse mise à niveau. Dans la chambre qu’on m’avait d’abord assigné, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et on n’a pas réussi à réparer. Dans la 2e ça fonctionnait mais noter qu’on ne trouve dans les chambres ni bouilloire, ni tasse, ni bouteille d’eau. (Choses pratiquement devenues standard partout). Dans la salle de bain, le séchoir était manquant dans l’espace prévu et le cordon coupé. La toilette fuyait et on entendait l’eau dégoutter à tout moment (j’ai dû garder la porte de la SdB fermée la nuit. Dans la chambre aucune lampe ni autre éclairage près du lit!? Le personnel au comptoir de la réception et à la salle à manger font de leur mieux mais ont oublié depuis longtemps que dans le domaine hôtelier le sourire est de mise. Si vous choisissez le quartier de l’Hermitage pour quelques nuits, allez plutôt au Kenzi Rose juste à côté (j’ai visité et la différence à mon avis vaut le coup.

Clean room Excellent service

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, staff is very nice and facilities very clean, very well located too, probably in the nicest area of Marrakesh, however the hotel is a little bit outdated…

Room+ambience was good. -expected a little more dishes for evening buffet. -Break fast really good. -Wifi was not that great, was breaking in between.

The room was clean; however, it was missing basic amenities such as slippers, a kettle, tea bags, and a few simple welcome items, which would have improved the overall experience.
