Very satisfied .nice room ,good locations. Good breakfasts and great services and staffs.

The property is located in a good spot that’s about it. upon arrival the front desk was very kind and friendly and helpful. The rooms were dated, shower is a death trap as it’s very very slippery and the breakfast is not worth the purchase. Plus there’s dirt on the corners of the walls.

Incredibly well positioned hotel deep in some of Seville’s smallest streets and avenues. Great sized rooms that were kept very clean. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. Only minor criticism is that there’s nowhere really to sit comfortably in the reception area but you should be out exploring Seville anyway!

Very professional and helpful staff. Location is excellent. The hotel is within a walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast was very delicious, fresh, and had a lot of variety.

Room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent. Had downstairs room which had limited space for open cases and also very noisy as next to reception. Windows were raised so could not see out of them.

Location is very close to attractions. We liked that part. Room is very small but clean. Bathroom design is worst. Bathroom door does not close completely , no privacy. Bathroom has glass wall and glass door, when we switch on light in bathroom, whole bedroom is reflected with bright light and distraction to other person sleeping on bed. Shower has not much hot water, it is not warm enough. Bath is not satisfying. Shower has opening and no door. So, water sprinkles and come over to rest of the bathroom and whole floor outside shower gets wet and water all around. People may slip and fall on this wet floor. Shower head design is the worst design. There is basic hot pot on TV table, but no outlet near by to plug the hot water pot. No coffee packs in room, just tea packs are there.

Helpful staff. Room made up neatly with fresh lines and towels each day. Superb location, but it is an adventure to drive to the hotel by car.

We had a ground floor room which was spacious, but with 3 large windows street noise was loud at times. And the door to the bathroom was a swing door, which doesn't close properly. The location of the hotel is great, walkable to all the main sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was spotless, all equipment worked perfection. The staff including Mrs Irma were friendly and welcomed us as members of the family.
