Dinner was poor quality and lacking culinary skill for a 70€ menu.

Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views and in many ways deserving 5star rating. There is a very good free car park, good breakfast, room was large with a comfortable bed and our room came with a free minibar with small bottle of champagne refilled daily! There is a small indoor swimming pool and spa. There are other restaurants, shops and beach within a walking distance. The negative side was that I discovered little bugs in our room at night. These were woodlouse which I found out are harmless to humans and are only interested in wood. But still unpleasant to discover them on the floors all over our room and bathroom at night. I complained to the reception in the morning but they were a little dismissive, not surprised at all when I showed the photos . They promised to sort it out but I kept finding the bugs in our room every night. It’s a shame as otherwise a fantastic hotel.

This was a really beautiful property on the bay. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the view. Unfortunately we did not realized it would be a long trek up some spiral stairs to get to our room. They did offer to carry our suitcases. Breakfast was in their lovely restaurant with large pots of coffee in silver pots. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked up for both nights we were there, and we definitely had to scramble the first night to find dinner, ending up getting a kebab and falafel to share.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The view from our room was sublime and we enjoyed lovely food in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. The use of local seasonal ingredients and change in the dinner menu each night was great. The hotel is easy walking distance to the beach and the main centre of town. Free parking was a bonus.

A lovely stay. Really felt well treated. The bed was amazing! The lunch was excellent. You can see the whole place runs very smoothly so you can just have a nice relaxing stay. Its perfectly located too. Just a few minutes walk to the centre where there are some great restaurants, or a few minutes walk down to the beach in the other direction.

I received a small room behind the reception desk. i could hear them working all night long. the hotel WiFi is very limited in the room and not all sites are available. there is a mobile network connection in the hotel and the phone did not work neither so it was a problem as i stayed there for 1 day of business.

cant really fault the hotel in either design or style BUT you cant really find anywhere else to eat nearby so youre a captive audience..The restaurant gives the first impression as good ,however ,although we got our wine quite quickly we waited 40 mins before demanding to see a menu which is pretty unforgiveable. The food when it arrived was good but nothing more than that

Really enjoyed my stay. Amazing view from the restaurant and the spa on the beach and the "sept iles". I suggest you book the spa in advance!
