The cleanliness of the room was horrible!

Door to room did not properly close. Dirty in general, mildew in bathroom on walls and ceiling. Desk clerk was nice, but check in took forever as he was not properly trained before being given his own shift, had to call for help to get us checked in. Lobby smelled of chlorine even though pool was closed. Needs a thorough and true cleaning, not a quick toweling.

I stayed here while visiting family when my grandmother passed away. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The room was great.

Need to upgrade the breakfast selections

Normally I avoid lower cost hotels because I think if I pay more I get better bu this hotel in Florence was as good or better than some of the more expensive ones we have stayed at. Super comfy bed and very friendly staff! We will definitely stay again!

Nice hotel for the value. We got a good rate. Hotel was right off the main road. The staff was friendly, and the room was older but well kept and clean. We had no issues with our stay. We would gladly stay again in the future.

I stayed at this property and after giving my 5 year old a bath and tucking her into bed while reading a story before bed she had bed bugs all over her pillows.

the wash basin was not clean its yellowish in colour.A/c is making too much sound

Dated, leaks, rust, smelled bad

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs some major updates. No elevator, stairs only. The bathrooms are very outdated. Just surprised that it is associated with a large chain and was so outdated.

One of the beds had a stain on the bed skirt. Also the breakfast was not as good as most Days Inn. We didn’t even eat breakfast because we were not impressed. I guess for the price of the stay you get what you pay for.

Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff was very nice. Facility and room very dirty. Had several hairs in the tub upon arrival. Bedding did not smell clean.

Extremely clean and quiet. Very relaxing. Super staff.

My first room was dirty, had no blankets or bedspreads on either beds. The heating system was not working properly. The bathroom had mold and there was pubic hair on the sink. I asked for another room and it was given to me. It was clean and there were no issues. I believe i was given the first room because I was a minority.

I like this property because its close to restaurants and shopping areas what i dont like is that they took the in room coffee makers out

I liked its in the country but they took the coffee makers out of the rooms and that i dont like

Very noisy from traffic on the road and people going up and down steps

The hotel is in need of massive renovation The room I was in had gross baseboards and was run down in general.

No food at breakfast no coffee . No coffe maker in room .
