Lovely stay clean hotel & friendly staff

The public areas were spotless. The room was small but was a good price. It took a couple of days for the room to be cleaned.

I've been to this hotel few times,staff service are good and hotel cleanliness also very well, but the foods quality below usually standards,I hope they can do better afterwards.

Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Lots of food and drink options close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the marina for a night out. Nightly entertainment programme (we stayed the last weekend of September) as well as day time games around the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delfin Azul. The hotel is well located, near the bus stop, the beach and 15 walk to the shopping area. The staff of the hotel is excellent, everyone is kind and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the half board because the food was exquisite, fresh and with a lot of choices. We never felt the need to go out for dinner. The pool is nice and clean and it was never too crowded. The animation program is nice and every evening there was a show or music to keep us entertained. We will definitely come back!

Hotel was nice, in a good area that was close to the beach and bus stop (public transport was excellent!). Rooms are a little small and the aircon was almost non existent but staff are very friendly and the food we had was nice. Kids club was great, all the staff there were good with the kids and my child had lots of fun

Pro’s: comfy bed, good food at breakfast and dinner, clean, secure bike garage, good location. Con’s: shower had slow drainage, poor double glazing so can hear everything outside on the streets, walls like cardboard so can hear everyone in corridor and sometimes neighbours. Good enough for a cheap few nights away. If you’re a light sleeper request for a room on a higher floor in attempt to reduce outside noise from the streets.

Big hotel and was busy. Rooms a little on the small size but suited our needs. Breakfast room was large but also very busy and some items did run out but were replaced quite quickly. Could do with more tea/coffee machines.

Very good. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t great.

Nice comfortable hotel - close to the beach with a nice pool. It felt like you had to pay for every small thing extra, like a pool towel, safety box, etc., that would have been standard in hotels of this rank in other countries. This seems pretty common in Mallorca though. Staff not as helpful or knowledgeable compared to other hotels I stayed in Mallorca.

Nice clean hotel With friendly staff

Really great value and would definitely recommend for those with a slightly lower budget but who are looking for a lot of bang for their buck. I booked this holiday with my boyfriend for a 5 night stay and as we are students were looking for a cheap getaway that would be somewhere nice to stay, with a pool and near the beach, and this was exactly the place. Pros: - great pool with large bar and restaurant outside - nice room, small but modern and tv with all UK channels - rooms and hotel lobby were cleaned regularly and felt very Covid friendly! - free breakfast which has a lot of great options and definitely one of the main perks! - buffet in evening is good value if you are looking to stay and eat in the hotel one evening - good entertainment - we only attended one magic show as we were convinced to come by the magician - but surprisingly really enjoyed this and think there is a lot for kids/families (including poolside and evening activities) - lifeguard by the pool all day - really friendly staff! Cons - pool shuts at 7pm, this didn’t really bother us but imagine for some people this is quite early - we forgot towels and pool towels aren’t free, however for only €2 per day didn’t think this was too bad (but in most places I have stayed they are free) - location is a little bit out of town, still only 5 mins from the beach, but about 20 min walk to centre of Port D’Alcudia where main restaurants are, and 40 min walk to Alcudia old town

Tiny room, good breakfast, not quite a 4 star hotel

Hotel was immaculately clean and all staff were really helpful and friendly. Ideally located and just a few minutes walk to the beach, with all other areas of Alcudia a gentle stroll away. Enabled a really relaxing holiday.

what I needed at the time and it was very comfortable...the front desk ladies were GREAT !

The hotel was the first day of opening after the coronavirus, we walked in off the street and they were unable to give us a price so we have to book online using hotel.com. checking took about 1 hour for a hotel that had only just opened has over 300 rooms and eventually no guests this was hard to believe.
