Nice hotel. Currently under renovation, but still able to navagate through. Front desk staff gal was very friendly and efficient. Nice room. Comfy beds. Slept really well. Decent breakfast. Breakfast attendant was attentive so food didn't run out. I liked the wall mural in our room. Pool and hot tub water was crystal clear last night.

While my room was freshly updated and clean, construction on site of the lobby areas was messy and dusty. Desk staff working from a banquet table buried in papers.

The Clarion Pointe is the only hotel due north of the Sioux Falls Airport. That gives it a chance to be a really good alternative in that area. The breakfast/check out am crew is wonderful. Probably the best in the city.

We stayed for three days, the place was clean, the staff friendly and the stay peaceful and quiet. The place was being renovated and everything smelled brand new. It was a pleasure to stay here. It’s located next to the highway, a Dennys and 5 minutes from the airport. It is also located next to a vacant field, it could be over looked if one was not aware.

Even though this property is undergoing renovation it is still a nice place to stay. Friendly staff & I only gave some 4s instead of 5s because it's a little extra work for my husband to get around in his wheelchair. This will be great when they're done with the work.

I was so disappointed after calling them and not being told about the remodeling taking place. Im 63 and cant do 3 flights down and up stairs for a pool. I have psciatic hip pain. The front entrance was closed also the 1st day i arrived. I would have canceled. $320 down the tubes.

Booked for the “bar”. No such thing. Just a cooler with beer and wine coolers. Would have been nice to have a heads up on the construction. Bar and gym access were the reasons I chose the location.

Everything was ok

The hotel is in a safe quiet spot easily accessible from the main highway through the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was some remodeling going on but did not impact our stay at all. Friendly, clean, and welcoming. Liked the location and easy to get to.

At what I believed to be 8:30 in the morning, there was a knock on my door and someone identified themself to be housekeeping. I later realized that the microwave clock had not been adjusted to reflect daylight savings time, so the time was actually 9:30. When checkout is at noon, why is housekeeping knocking on doors at 9:30 in the morning? Breakfast was fine, however there were no gluten free options.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was perfect! Super clean, comfy beds, and very nice temperature control. Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast options were also good.
