Wonderfull place

Great stay at Azure!! Super pleasant staff that were very polite and helpful. Location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful views. Easy to get around and walk to Ain Diab beach for a swim. 8 min drive from Morocco Mall. Room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back.

I booked a room with a view, the receptionist was unprofessional, I asked them to confirm the room with the beach view, I was told yes, “whatever you booked, you get”. I got to the room and I had a view of all the nasty buildings in front of me. Again, the service sucked. The tiny elevator got stuck, and one of the customers said, it happens everyday… I took my bags right away and left this nasty hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional ,my room was very nice and cozy ,it had beach view and it was near to a lot of restaurants , I highly recommend this hotel .

As Americans traveling, Hotel Azur checked the most important boxes for us: felt very safe, very clean, hot water showers, heat/AC in each room, close to attractions/beach/restaurants, bed/linens comfortable. Rooms as advertised. Good for the price. Pool was pretty but didn't use much.

We were not satisfied with our stay at this property. The hotel staff were not very accommodating or friendly. Their website does not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Also, despite the website saying that it included breakfast, it did not. Our first morning there we were woken by police pounding on multiple people’s doors and apparently taking someone away. This definitely didn’t make us feel safe. One thing I will say is that the cleaning staff did clean our room very thoroughly. That was the one highlight of this otherwise huge disappointment.

It was easy to find and the staff were helpful. Nice location.

I wasnot allowed in although i showed the receptionist i photo of my passport and my driving licence. It was the worst receptionist you could ever come cross in your check in to this hotel. I had to give up the booking i made about an hour before my check in. I had to go to another hotel in which i checked in with no problem at all. I woud appreciate it if i could get my money back. Thank you

Needs renewvation. A bit noisy due to surrounding night clubs.

Please do not use this review. Just make sure I haven’t been charged for the night at the hotel as I have cancelled it before and writhing my right but you keep on sending me email to review the hotel.

Very outdated! And not very clean! Stupid automatic!!! Lights in the hallway !

Great location. Enjoyed the stay. Lots of road places to eat and have coffee. Just right across the street from the beach.

The whole hotel is old, furniture, walls everything. Stuff is friendly, food is terrible. After 22:00 the nightclub sound blasts through the whole hotel so good luck sleeping.

The staff are very responsive and accommodating. Although they speak little English, we managed to communicate. This property is across the street from the beach, not on the beach as the photo might imply.

It’s close to the sea, other than that nothing was good. The furniture is old and outdated, so are the staff. It’s a money grab, the hotel wasn’t clean and the food was mediocre at best. If it’s up to me I wouldn’t even give it half a star. Terrible!
