Overall the room was clean, the beds were comfy, we liked that there was a fridge and a window that we could open to let in fresh air. The room was very dated, old carpeting and furnishings. I guess when you check in online the hotel clerk greeting you doesn't have to provide you with any information i.e. breakfast and where it will be located, dining in the area or where to park. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a huge disappointment but I don't know if we'll be back to stay again.

I reserved June 16 to 24 asked for a change June 17 to 25th; still a total of 8 days;Days Inn would not make change because reserved tho 3rd party (Expedia). Had no house-keeping; after 3 nights I requested: change the sheets & the towels, the sheets were not changed, we slept the 4th night in the same sheets, so we checked out and rented 4 more days from their competition down the same street

Complimentary Covered parking was an unexpected bonus! Staff was courteous.

Very dated property could use a fresh up. Tv were a bit confusing to use needs better instruction for use.

The carpets were so dirty. The price was too much. The staff were Great and the Breakfast was terrible

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and this most recent time, the room was quite disappointing. The service as always is excellent at this hotel. The staff are always friendly fast and efficient. As soon as we stepped into the room there was a concerning smell. It was not a pleasant scent and it concerned us greatly. The bathroom also had a unpleasant scent but it smelt different than the rest of the room. The carpets looked quite dirty in the room and my white socks were soiled on the bottom after walking around in the room. We were too tired to ask for a different room but maybe we should have because the smell bothered us the whole night. Even though we've stayed at this hotel many times over the years this will probably be our last stay. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, there were plenty of towels and pillows, and the air conditioning works well. However the unpleasant smell leads me to believe that the room might not have been as clean as it should have been and because of this we will no longer be staying at this hotel.

Free underground parking with inside access to hotel. Very good breakfast at 6:30 am. Clean rooms although the 2 bedroom we stayed in was very dated. Comfy beds. No bathtub, only shower. Love seat rather than a full size couch. Friendly staff! A bit of a sketchy area with very limited dining options. Small, old mall across the street. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is quite expensive. However, it served our needs and the price was right!

We had a poor room. Post in the middle of the room with no chair to sit in at the table. Carpet looked pieced together. Interior room with no windows. Though it did state that when we booked.

No window in our room - unpleasant smells in hallways- breakfast area hard to find

The hotel was ok. clean, breakfast was satisfactory (it will get you started for the day) and the staff was friendly. the only negative is the area. the front towards the waterfront is great for walking around and exploring but behind the hotel, is a little sketchy (so dont go out after dark)

The staff was extremely attentive and Friendly.

Excellent hotel! We enjoy staying at this nice inn.
