Property is in need of a serious upgrade Bathroom are old and barely adequate

All in all hotel was good, however from my room I could here some sort of pump or AC, not sure, that kept going on and off even during the night.

Property is average at best in facilities like bed, bathroom etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Booked a double room but were given 2 twin beds. Bath needs to be changed. Overall clean and good.

In a good position by the sea with plenty of bars/restaurants close by. The only downside was the noisy air-conditioning.

This property has gone downhill. It used to be such a beautiful hotel. The manager needs to take hold And train his foreign staff properly. Staff is no longer Maltese. They hardly understand English.

The beds are not comfortable

A clean comfortable hotel with pool and next to beach and harbour promenade dining strip. Hotel is a little run down but is good value, including breakfast. Marsalforn is a nice area to stay in on Gozo. Hotel doesn’t have parking but there is public parking available a short walk away. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Good location good breakfast and very good food will come again for sure

ok place altogether but certainly nowhere close to a four star hotel by French standards. 2, 21/2 stars is a closer picture

Good value property needs some small improvements to match other mainland alternatives.

Nice hotel, good location. We used the Gozo transit system which is good but infrequent. Weather too cold and windy to swim but bay is right by hotel so ideal in warm weather. Small sandy beach. Nice restaurant nearby. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was excellent.
