Great hotel

Stayed here a number of times always very enjoyable. Good value. I mistakenly paid twice for the rooms but was promptly and un -hesitatingly refunded by the hotel.

Check in was poor-front desk staff lack basic hospitality skills or professionalism-there was no toilet paper in room -had to go down to front desk to get it-no even an apology…disappointed was the price paid and cue

Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere.

Budget wing of the Castel Hotel. Minimal like a Premier Inn, one small thin towel, a few hairs from previous occupant and two single beds pushed together as a double. Room a little tired decoratively but ok. You stay here because it is cheap and has an excellent underground car park. Being phoned a few days after my stay and accused of leaving without paying in a brusque and rude manner was a nice touch. When they realised it was their error, rather than apologising they just hung up.

Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and grocery/drug store within a couple blocks. Mountain View is gorgeous.

Lovely town centre hotel. In a tree lined Main Street. The town was pleasantly busy but not overly noisy.

Nice hotel in idillic Spa Town. Beautiful location with “interesting “ access mountain roads from the Spanish side! Comfy stopover for us with nice restaurant Very pleasant & helpful staff but not much English could be spoken however, we got by with our little French & Spanish. A memorable place!

Just overnight stay. Did not use any amenities. Good value.

Nice room. A little small but nice. Good AC. Desk staff was very helpful getting us a taxi.

Extremely friendly and welcoming host. Rooms set in a beautiful historic farmhouse. Good location within close walking distance of the town. Continental breakfast is tasty but would benefit from a selection of croissants/pain au chocolate and cheese etc. to go with the bread to ensure it provides a more substantial selection. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great night stay during our trip through the Pyreenes. On the main strip close to restaurants and bars.

Just be aware that though this is a picturesque gorgeous foothills area with restaurants and culture, that they partied all night on the street below until 5am. Hotel is very nice though and staff was superb.

Rooms were good-sized and very comfortable, with nice amenities. Breakfast was well worth the 10 euro price - hot, fresh eggs and bacon - plus all the coffee you could want - for all you Americans!! Also had a decent gym and indoor hot tub. Really a great location and friendly staff.

We loved the town!

Lovely hotel in a lovely location with lovely reception staff and proprietor only spoilt by a cow of a restaurant manageress who couldn't be bothered.

Fantastic hotel! Only downside was no hair dryer and no mini bar just a rubbish old fridge which ruined a superb room. The guy on reception was also very grumpy when we got there but other staff seemed fine, lovely hotel

This was a really excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice of both hot and cold food and again the staff were very attentive and helpful. Facilities within the actual hotel are a little limited but there are excellent bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity including a restaurant in the same building. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This is a great little hotel. The lady on reception was super helpful. We only stayed one night but we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and welcoming.
