I liked how the property was so quiet.

Booked as a family friendly hotel, but they were rude and told us we “better be careful” when my son non verbal autistic child was making noise upon arrival even after explaining the situation to the man at the desk. Would NOT recommend for small children or families as the noise is a problem apparently but the people’s dogs next door were all okay. 👍

Sheets were not clean, the front desk brought another sheet, but still! Also, the sink was clogged.

Stairwells and sidewalks were absolutely filthy Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. No smoking is permitted in the rooms so people are smoking right outside your room.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean. The only thing that was lacking was that they don’t have a dining area or complimentary breakfast.

Stayed for 2 days while A/C didn’t work properly. Guy at front desk with blonde hair comes to check it out. Tells me it’s working fine while it’s 78 degrees in the room. Asked him to lower it he attempted too and could not but was too ignorant to accept he didn’t know what he was talking about. So for 2 days I was in a hotel room trying to sleep while indoor temp got up to 80 degrees and he would not switch me rooms. One of those people that only hear themselves talking and no one else. Steer clear from this hotel and just go somewhere else.

If you want double or triple charge in about a week after you checked out, welcome to the hotel! They charged me 3 times for one stay. Will see what's gonna happen tomorrow, it looks like they started to charge me every day. What a nice people!

Lots of bad looking people here

My family and I were in town for a wedding. When we arrived, the young man working at the front desk informed me that I needed to give him a $100.00 cash security deposit. I was never told this when I made the reservation or when I called the day before to confirm the reservation. I had no cash on me. We were tired from traveling, but I had to get back in the car and drive to an ATM to get $100.00. Also, the following morning the maid wakes us up at 9:20am. by knocking on the door when check out isn’t til 11am.

I didn't like when i went to front desk to ask for extra blanket front desk told me that i couldn't have one because they didn't have any and in bathroom there was a roach and spider they were doing remodeling in next room so i guess bugs were coming out.

We were approach and harassed by an unstable homeless person, whne we reported to the front desk Jose’s respond was “ what do you want me to do arrest him”.
