Good variety for breakfast. Egg, salmon, cold meats, cheese, fruit and yoghurt. Good to have a balcony. Close to city centre and metro stop

Great service. Super friendly staff, especially Daniela at the reception and the girls from the breakfast service. I already rebooked my following stay.

Nice hotel, staffs friends. I just don’t like they have breakfast time different for weekend and weekday because I have day tour early and their breakfast on weekends start at 7 instead of 6:30 am on weekday.

The room we had was nice and clean for what we wanted it for. Not a great view and overlooked in room 407. The Nespresso machine is a waste of time as you walk out of the hotel and there’s a much better coffee shop on the corner. Staff were friendly with no issues.

Linens are clean and of good guality. Great coffee from the machine in the room. Helpful personnel at the front desk. Hotel is closed to everything, you can walk to old town restaurants, to main attractions, to metro station or bus, to parks, art exhibits.

Very good breakfast. Easy access to old town and also some nice parks. Many dinning options not too far.

The lobby was pleasant and the rooms were set up well. Unfortunately, the AC in our room ( it was a balmy 90 degrees in Bucharest) did not work and the staff was less than helpful - finally I suggested getting us a fan and that was marginally helpful. Just a general lack of hospitality in this hotel.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room smelled bad and the people were loud on the floor I was on. It was a convenient location, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Rooms were well equipped and clean. The areas outside of the rooms appeared dated and needing a refurbishment. Good value stay, and would happily come back here.

Pillows are not comfortable. Breakfast not much choice. No kettle for tea making. Water given on the first day only. After that refill in the kitchen. Kitchen staff very good.

Hotel location and hotel is good but the room and the floor it is kind of stinky. Rooms it feels like there is no window. They put curtains but there is a window size like an arm.

There was a major issue with the air conditioning. First night the receptionist was as helpful as possible, we were given a room at another floor to sleep where the air conditioning worked. We had to return to our original room because of rooms being reserved and no vacancy. We were told they will have a technician attend to it. We returned in the afternoon to a room that was hot beyond belief at 30 degrees celcius. Long story short after sleeping in a very hot room for a night we were given another room for the last two days of our stay, were we had air conditioning. Mind you we paid for a suite with queen bed and balcony and we spend three nights in a room with a double bed, no balcony. The overall hotel is nice, clean and in a good location. Stuff is helpful and considered with the exception of the manager who was trying to persuade us that there was nothing room with the room. Just a note my wife had a stay in October last year at this hotel with mo issues. Maybe we were unlucky

Nice hotel and room. Didn’t really use the facilities as walking distance from everything in the city. I would stay here again.
