Bathrooms were not clean on arrival and took calling the front desk 4 times and talking to them face to face for someone to clean them. The outdoor pool was not open which was not advertised. The customer service was very unfriendly. Would not stay here again.

Long check in. Tv not working at all. Not working aircondition. No water in pool but advertised as having a outdoor pool. Nice breakfast and nice staff in the bar.

Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm and many cheesed off guests! Shows to me they dont care about the customer, its all about corporate policy!!! Yes the hotel is nice, breakfast very good, lovely spa etc but this caused a real problem for us! We chose this location and hotel at the last minute based on the weather ahead and the fact we love Croatia. In my view THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

It’s nice. The lobby has little lights got so it’s to dark. Even arriving by car roughy it was close. From outside didn’t seem like an hotel working. The breakfast is very good, nice food, lot of options, nice service, great view.

The first night where isn’t restaurant. So we had night snacks at bar however my avocado and hummus without avocado and my friend ordered shrimp and vegetables not only with cabbage, we felt like they cheated us or lazy to cook

Check in was held right till 3pm which is their policy but when we checked at 1 they said 1 more hour and to use the amenities while we wait. Didn’t have a card to get to beach club. Came back at 2pm and they said one more hour and gave us a card to get to club. Room was spacious but a bit dated.

First the positive points ,Hotel is very nice ,clean wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. It has a private Beachclub we enjoyed If you just need the sea and the beach this is your place. This hotel is in the outskirts of downtown about 20 minutes. Hotel has limited hours shuttle to downtown. We Ubered most of the time. We had a balcony facing the town , the area around the hotel is in construction and we were overlooking 2 large Crains! Hotel is in a residential Neiborhood.
