We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily

Nice area, friendly staff, many swimming pools. Rooms need to be updated.

The heated pools were bonus, the food was reasonably varied & loads of selection. If your a picky eater or prefer british food advoid, there is choice but probably not enough.

Booked for a few days and was definitely value for money had a spacious apartment for 3 adults ideal. We were on ground floor so had a terrace with table and chairs which was ideal sitting in the sun having breakfast lunch and a refreshing drink. Lovely pool friendly neighbours just a bit out from centre 30min walk but couple euros in taxi

Staff at the hotel are great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but I did find a couple of long hairs on the bed but other than that it was spotless. There is plenty to do at the hotel with entertainment and wellness centre and bike hire. Amenities in the room are quite good but you need to hire iron from the reception for 10€ deposit. Same with pool towels. The only let down is the area around the hotel. It looks like wasteland in places and smells of sewage but luckily you can't smell it in the hotel. It's a nice hotel especially for the price. If I ever do come back to Lanzarote which I probably won't I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was mediocre, queues were long food was not 4 star standard and not good value for money. The rooms were small with tiny balconies and no sun. The floors were not cleaned and the self catering aspect was difficult to use as very tiny area and tiny table. Not family friendly apartment as adults could not sleep in the converted beds in the living area as only fit for children. This made the living arrangements not very relaxed or easy in the evening times. The cleaning team did not come at regular set times in the morning so it made it difficult to plan your exit and re-entry times. You have to pay a cash deposit for pool towels and then go and hand in the receipt elsewhere and it is a real faf. Not all the polls are heated which is a real shame as the kids could not use some of them particularly the water slides one unless they were in a wetsuit and this took away a lot of the available activities for them. The kids club was pretty basic with coloring and a small soft play- I expected them to get out and play games and do sport to burn off some steam. People seemed to smoke everywhere with little regard for signage saying you could not. It was an okay stay but disappointed with the food and the mediocre service given the prices charged it just wasn’t good enough. We were lucky with the weather and so could get out and about as it was in a decent location to beach and restaurants but if it had not been fine I think we would have really struggled here.

Nice resort. Food on buffett was not very impressed. Thought the pools were heated but they were freezing cold. Last night got food poisoning. Overall was ok and chilled. Recommend for family holidays. Kids enjoyed it. The amenities need alot of TLC they very old and outdated. The gym area was absolute terrible old and non function equipment. Did not use the wellness as you have to pay extra and after seeing the gym I did not bother. Overall ok only there for bit of fun and sunshine but defined disappointed with food and amenities. Staff were nice and welcoming. The food poisoning at end ruined the trip but ok.

Property is great but service is very poor. Food Service staff were great. However, our room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay. After we repeatedly called for cleaning, someone came and just changed the sheets one day. Floors, bathroom, kitchen bin nothing was cleaned. Very poor service.

It was large family friendly apartment type resort. If you have 2 or 3 family gathering including several kids, and look for the cost efficient stay, this will be your good option. 1-

The location is not walking distance to the town. The gym and spa facilities are dated. The room cleanness is poor - ants on the table, day after day despite they came to spray DDT. The food is very basic both at breakfast and dinner eg run mushroom and packaged cookies!

Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again.

Complex was vast and not as described Everything was everywhere On HB and dining was a free for all Evening was very poor as nobody offered you drinks …very odd .. no waiter service Eating was like a large cafeteria not impressive … food ok not great !! Paid £115 a night …not value for money Look into this place before booking do not trust the pics … do your homework !!

Lovely place to spend vacations with your family - a lot things for the little ones to do

This is my second time visiting this hotel. It has a large territory, good size pools, beach is 15min walk or you can use their shuttle bus which leaves twice daily. Rooms were cleaned regularly. My favourite part tho, was the food. It was tasty and every night had a different theme.

It was perfectly fine for what we were looking for
