My husband and I were Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Marriott hotels. It’s the one hotel I am guaranteed a comfortable firm mattress. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case after many years of a satisfied stay. I had to either sleep in the very center of the mattress or lie across the bottom of the bed. I am only 100 lbs and I was sinking into the mattress. Thank goodness there was a pullout couch for my husband to sleep on. The room was also the smallest room I have ever had in a Marriott. The shower had the cheapest plastic shower curtain that felt terrible when it occasionally touched my skin. I am disabled and it would have been too much for my husband to move all my required medical equipment and comforts from home to another room. If we had booked through Marriott rather than Expedia they would have remedied the situation. In the future I will always book directly through Marriott. If there is any way you can offer us a refund or points “credit” for this uncomfortable experience we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
