Very clean, well maintained property! The bed was comfortable and clean! Ac worked great! The staff was so good to us! Also the pool was very clean and well maintained!

Was clean and quiet. Breakfast was mostly empty at 8:30 (7-10) breakfast , as well as Luke warm coffee they said they didn’t know why wasn’t working. Hot tub was not working last night but was this morning. Pool was quite cold. Third time staying at this location and was okay but definitely nothing extraordinary.

A really super hotel for family, newly renovated, spacious, well equipped. Great pool and waterslide, friendly staff, good warm breakfast, great hours for services. It's simple and down to earth, but great value for what's included.

Pool was awesome! Breakfast was good and the rooms was as expected.

The location is amazing. The only problem was the pool was closed and we had to use the pool in another hotel.

Staying here was a lovely experience. Everything was nice and clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was just the right size and temperature. Excellent breakfast options, too! Things were quiet until Friday night when a young sports team stayed over and hung out in the hall talking loudly, but even they settled down into the rooms in a few hours. Excellent breakfast options, too!

Very clean property. Nicest pool I’ve ever been to for a hotel. But definitely couldn’t believe how clean it smelt and looked. Also the hotel desk attendant working this evening was very nice and helpful.

This is probably the worst valued hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Drumheller over the weekend to celebrate my nieces engagement, and I was with my wife and young son. Even though the Ramada was twice the price of any of the other hotels in Drumheller, I chose it, because it had a pool with a waterslide, breakfast, and we wanted a separate bedroom. First thing we're told is that the pool was out of commission, which greatly disappointed my son, who couldn't stop talking about it on the way there. Discount on room? nope. Secondly, we turn on the TV, and it won't work. Turns out it was unplugged. EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS UNPLUGGED. Lights, TV, clock, everything. Who does that?? Then the toilet paper in the bathroom was the cheapest single ply toilet paper I've ever seen. I've seen better toilet paper in a roadside gas station in Mexico. $300/night for single ply paper? Then, the toilet is plugged. Clearly not from the cheap toilet paper. I call the front desk, and it rings and rings and rings and rings. In fact, I put the phone down and let it ring for over 30 minutes. I finally had to track down a housekeeper and ask for a plunger. $300/night, and I'm plunging my own toilet. WHAT THE HELL WAS I PAYING FOR?????
