A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices. Cant recommend highly enough .

One or two challenges were dealt with swiftly and effectively by the team and particular compliments to Gonzalo and Joao Couto for their kindness. The Club area is indeed some experience and Joao and his team should be complimented for their responsiveness

This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience.

It would be fair to say that our visit was not quite what we were expecting and, in various areas, we felt that the standards of service fell considerably short of a resort of this quality. The specific concerns we raised in a letter to the Resort Manager (to which we didn't receive a response) included; (i) the degree of self-service attaching to both the pool areas and the lobby bar; (ii) poor interactions with guest service departments and (iii) disturbance to guests over 3 days of a large wedding party. It is often the small things that a hotel does well that really stays with the guest upon their departure. The opposite is also true; in that if a property falls short on the small things, it tends to leave a lasting poor impression.

Two nights of great pleasure - food, sea, swimming, and staff!!!

Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return.

Great hotel! 10 minutes walk down to the beach. Good restaurants. Room was clean, staff were polite and friendly.
