This was a very cool experience for us! We loved the room, parks, food, and honestly everything.

Room were very spacious. Restaurant had excellent food and was priced reasonablely. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the location is great for a peaceful getaway. The atmosphere felt cozy, and the amenities were adequate for my needs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved, I did notice that the hotel feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The facilities, including the furniture and bathroom fixtures, show signs of wear and tear, and it would be nice to see some upgrades. Regarding cleanliness, while I understand that being in a villa surrounded by nature can sometimes bring in bugs, I did find a few insects in my room, and there was a spider on my bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. I know this can happen in older, nature-surrounded buildings, but a little more attention to detail in this area would go a long way. Overall, it's a lovely place, but with some updates and improvements in cleanliness, it could be an even better experience.

Buffet is overcharged, room service is reasonable. Facilities are bit old and wore out. For example, the Pool tables are wore out, they should be replaced.

缺點：飯店泳池未開放未提前告知（訂房網亦無告示），住房期間房間內發現兩次瀕死的大蟑螂（入住當下發現一隻，退房前又發現一隻）,沙發後方牆壁可再清潔，疫情期間應提供礦泉水。 優點：園區環境不錯，適合帶小孩溜達，服務人員態度佳。

Beautiful place, clean, with nice staff. Breakfast and dinner buffet very good.

除了入住房間不錯外，高單價卻沒有高品質，有點失望，這樣的消費金額應該可以有更多選擇，下次來花蓮應該不會選擇這裡。

This “resort”is tired and not particularly clean. However, not sure there are many choices.

Our second time here after few years and it is still an enjoyable resort to stay at. Now with two kids we did appreciate even more the quality of the staff. The swimming pool and the kid's pool are definitely a big plus too. We can tell that the resort starts to age a bit but overall well maintained. The only issue was some bad smells in the bathroom from the drain.

Very Nice stay! Service was outstanding, the facilities were great for our kids And so many beautiful sites in the area!

The overall stay is excellent. Will definitely going back again.

This hotel is very dated and in need of updating. It is 100% an environment for children and not adults. Not a good experience.

We went to Italy this past summer and I'd say they do a pretty good job of creating a spanish/italian feel. staff were very nice even when they were not sure how to help in english. Louis, from Mexico was a great help.

The hotel is located at the country side of Hua Lien. It takes about 15 mins to the town centre. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are a lot of activities for young kids. Good for family vacation!
