Room had enough space for family of 3. Elevator for taking stroller up and down floors. A good size heated pool which we will have to try next time! Great stay

Amazing staff and everything was great!

Great location. Nice hotel. Quiet time should be 10pm and clearly posted. It would be nice if the fireplace in the room worked and that the balcony was shovelled in the winter. Friendly staff.

The walls to the outside allow in all the sounds. If you are facing the village there are 2 bars so it is loud until very late. You can hear it all.

It was okay. Super noisy, people yelling all hours and the bathroom was dirty. Good for one night. Staff was nice.

The hotel was great in terms of convenience. The noise from the restaurant below was a slight disturbance and overall the hotel could use some updates.

The location was great. We could walk for 5 minutes and get anywhere in the village. The 2?nightclubs in the vicinity were busy, but the property offered earplugs. The lively activity that we could see outside our window provided hours of entertainment for my teens! The size of the hotel was perfect, not a lot of hustle and bustle like the larger hotels. Excellent experience overall.

Hardly any staff around except 1 at front desk. Loud rooms (attached to night club). No one to help with bags. No valet person (even tho they have valet). Luggage carts can’t wheel from car to elevator. Rooms Dark with 2 tiny bedside lamps and was moldy smelling. Didn’t feel clean. No in room safe. More 2 star then 3 star

Elevator too slow and when taking stairs it smell .Very strong smell like someone was smoking weed there.

The shower had mold in it . There were loud people in the room next to us all night. The nightclub across from us was super loud until 2am

A very nice experience. First time in whistler , and definitely delivered on hospitality and uniqueness. Will definitely come back again . Got to see the first real snowfall of the year . Everyone should put whistler as a goto place to see and enjoy the scenery

Worst sleep ever… now it could be that I’m over 35 and jealous that I can’t stay up all night like I used to, but it is not a place for a relaxing night! Though they offer earplugs, it is no match for the nightclub speakers that vibrate the rooms, and the sound of furniture being dragged and weighted balls being dropped on the floor above. Even with earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, and pillows over our heads, we still could hear and feel the noise. NOT recommended if you want a relaxing time, NOT recommended if you have kids, definitely recommended if you plan on staying up all night partying and not sleeping until at least 4am.

Lovely room. Bed and mattress are amazing. Fireplace in bedroom was amazing. Pool and jacuzzi functional and great after long day. Bathroom was modern with plenty organic cosmetic. Great hotel, will be back!

When reading the reviews for this property I was curious to see it for myself. Parking is overly expensive and someone has to buzz you in. The rooms are tired and fairly beat up. Not everything works but we are only here for the night. If this was a longer trip it would an inconvenience to have to get someone to look at the tv etc. When I booked I received an email saying the hotel can be loud but they provide earplugs. Since this is low season I can’t imagine noise will be a problem. Overall, this is not an overly expensive place and works for a quick overnight trip.

Great room, very comfortable bed

Excellent location, would be loud but good to be right in the village close to everything. It said valet parking was $33 but no one on staff so you had to park your own vehicle....room was nice and clean.
