This was a business trip for our company, Morgan Dual Controls. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I did not rate it. Two amazing employees stood out ... Abigail at the Happy Hour lounge and Cedric at the Front Desk. Both of these employees were extremely personable and a joy to talk with. Because of these two employees, if my husband and I ever travel through Bentonville again we will definitely book our stay at this La Quinta Inn & Suites. Room was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good, with good coffee! Also had wine and snacks in the afternoon! Will def stay there again when in town.

Room was fine, we thought we had booked a suite but was just a basic room. We booked this one because of the pool and hot tub, but the jets didn't work on the hot tub, so that was disappointing. The front desk person was very nice and had a great personality. Parking was fine, no issues. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very accommodating to my need for a ground level room with the elevators being out of order. Everyone was friendly, food was good and everything was clean. Our bathtub needs to be replaced, ac leaked onto the carpet and swimming pool could use a replaster

The employees are very friendly. Liked the hot breakfast. The rooms are very clean but the bathroom needs an update. Toilet didn't flush completely, bathtub was rusted by the drain and sprayed over.

My group of 5 older women 75 and up traveled to this area for a 2 day getaway. I had made reservations over a month in advance all together. When arriving all 3 rooms were all separated. One room was on the second floor and elevators were not operating. 21 steps without a landing was a challenge for 80 year old women. The room was ok, breakfast was just ok. TV's in rooms were difficult to navigate and get other channels other than sports. Overall experience not the best, so would not stay at this hotel again. Asked for manager when checking out today and she was not there. Could not wait, and was told I would get a call from her. I have not heard from anyone yet. Some compensation would be appreciated.
