Normal service as expected , hotel was ok , but not able to go around to see due to Coronavirus

Unfriendly and we not idea how to make reservations.

Was noise. To much traffic but was clean,the people on front desk was so nice

First night we were put in a room where we hear a lot of noise from a night club nearby and had a funny smell. The day after we asked for another room, there was no trouble and they provided us with another room, this room also had a little noise from the cars below but it was better. Breakfast was good and had enough options.

Location is a bit sketchy at night. The lounge is the best part of the hotel, which gives you a good impressions and made me book the room actually. The rooms are old and not very clean. You can see stains on the bed sheets and towels. There is no air conditioner, just a fan. Privacy should be taken more seriously here because even though I put the sign on to not clean my room when I left, they entered and cleaned it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They were very accomadating for us not being Spanish speakers and did their best to help out. The staff helped bring our luggage up and made sure we got into an Uber or taxi safely, even though the area we were staying in was very safe. Would recommend based off the good location(everything was 10min away) and the friendly staff.

The front desk service is quite nice, they are. Profesional and alwaus willing to help. Nancy is such a quite support. The taxi driver always available.

Very old hotel. Room is small. Close to street, very noisy. No AC/heater working.no far to shopping mall. Close to a construction site. Staff was nice and friendly.

Location and breakfast good, Bus tickets kiosk available in few minutes walk Lot of Plaza nearby

Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Speaks English. Location was central. Big mall 3 blocks away. We will stay here again in the future.

The property was centric, and well known by taxi drivers. The building. is well maintained.

Rooms bit old and tired but other areas of hotel good.

The location of the Hotel is great but there's not AC in the room or if is they have it is very poor or need some kind of maintenance, other than that is awesome the facility.... the staff was very friendly.
