Its central location is a deciding factor. It's within walking distance of historical sites. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are clean. The hairdresser is excellent. The parking lot is next to the hotel. We were a little uneasy about giving them our car keys. The only downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested an iron for the room and it arrived immediately. It would be good to have a bellboy in the parking lot. There might be a shortage of staff. We didn’t have breakfast!

Dirty old hotel that just smells and is major need of a renovation. Asked for none smoking room got non smoking room that smelt like someone chain smoked 18 packs.

Not a bad location, lots of little local eateries around, but if you want alcohol with your food stick to the hotels. Bed was comfy and the room was a nice size. Nice pool and spa, has a rooftop terrace restaurant and bar though I found it a little pric

Property was ok. But air conditioning was set at 25C, room was at 25.5C and I told them to sort it out but they said they can’t change it both night could sleep, had to open the windows. I think it’s not 5star hotel standard.

Cloged bathroom sink and table lamp and badside lamp not working on room 1021. It took two attempts to corrected.

Friendly staff, room 1021 had some issues. Air-conditioning was horible but it improved on our last day of stay.

Great place

Big spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good omlet station. The indoor pool and spa services were open in winter and were not too crowded.

Staff was responsive , room where we stayed was overheated

This hotel is really not up to the standards of the chain. It was fine for one night. But aircon wasn’t working, room smelled of smoke, no services in the hotel before 6:30 (it was dead) and location was at best so-so. Would never stay here for more than one night in transit.

WiFi not usable. Air con functions only as a fan - the room temperature was 28.5° which was very uncomfortable.

2 luxury nights stay. The hotel is worth the money paid. All services are available around the hotel. The reception team was very cooperative. The hotel deserves 5 stars👍

First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation.
