Great place to stay overnight near Como while travelling from northwest Europe to central Italy. The private garage under the room is an excellent facility that offers more security and peace of mind when your car is packed for a holiday. The hotel accepts dogs, which is a must for us, and the additional cleaning fee (5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for large dogs) is very reasonable. Thanks! One suggestion for improvement: tea and coffee-making facilities (eg. kettle and/or coffee machine) in the room would be a welcome addition. This was our second stay in this hotel and we will certainly use it again. Highly recommended.

Modern property. Convenient parking. Would recommend for business trips, not as a vacation hotel. Its not really walkable, you need to have a car. Bed wasnt very comfortable, pillows very hard. Shower clogged. Please fix.

Great stay on our journey to Calabria. Having a room with a secure private garage and lift directly to our room was fantastic. Food and service in Bistro was very good

As is common in Europe, thermostats are limited (21.5-23.5). And if you open the window they will turn off the heat. There is no air conditioning, but the window provided cooling when needed in late April. Regardless, we liked the property enough to schedule a second stay there while in the area. We found the restaurant disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay

I stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty and smelled like mold, the bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the breakfast buffet was practically inedible. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very good, staff is kind and attentive, bkfast is also good and it is priced right.

Very clean and well decorated hotel with a great restaurant. The only downside is that the air conditioning would not turn down any lower than 19 degrees which was too warm for the night

Pretty nice hotel.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I rely heavily on my computer for work, but the Wi-Fi in my room was nearly nonexistent. As a result, I spent most of my stay in the lobby with my laptop, struggling to get any work done. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, nothing was done to address the issue. I even asked to be moved to a different room, but my request was completely ignored. In 2024, travelers expect reliable internet access in their rooms, but this hotel clearly does not meet that standard. To make matters worse, when I sought help from the shift manager, Eleonora, she exhibited a rude attitude and refused to assist me further. She simply turned her back on me while I was asking for help and walked away, stating that she cannot and will not deal with the problem. “Let someone else handle it tomorrow,” she said, “I’m tired,” and left while I was still speaking to her. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel around the world!
