good customer service

2 different rooms booked on different days and both tv remote controls had dead batteries and were very dirty. The restaurant owned by the hotel had a very rude woman answering the phone for room service. She sounded bothered and annoyed. Also, when I left at 5am I had to open the gates myself to get out since they were all closed and no personnel anywhere. This is no longer a Best Western.

Room was very clean, hot shower and air conditioning was adequate. Staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast was modest but fresh and plentiful. I got my money’s worth.

Easy to enter, restaurant on the premises, free breakfast and attached to a shopping plaza.

Nice big room with a king size bed. Easy, secure parking and friendly staff. It's a bit of a maze to our room, so they had a guide take us there. He disappeared before we could tip him. It is about a 45 minute walk to the Pancho Villa museum, but lots to look at on the way there. Most of the restaurants in the area are Chinese, and there's a Carl's Jr really close. Also really close to a Soriana grocery store. Breakfast in the morning was table-served in the property's restaurant scrambled eggs, frijoles, potatoes & cream, toast, coffee and orange juice.

A 4 star hotel at a 2 star price. Highly recommend

I love the hotel very convenient located in an area where I can get in and get out easily the only thing that I really had issues with parking as this limited right by the room. But overall it was a great day

The place is weird. There is one entrance through a half abandoned mall and it has a wing with rooms in the mall. The breakfast which is not very good is in the center of the mall. Mall is probably a compliment as the place has a weird abandoned vibe. The main entrance is on the other side of the mall and there it is a regular American style Motel like a Motel 6. The room was a Suite but it was very simple and large enough but very old and cheap. However it had everything one needs.

Do not stay at this hotel, or if you do choose the suites or higher priced options. None of the pictures in the description matched our actual room. The room was in a horrible condition, so old that the carpet was falling apart. The hotel was noisy and dirty. We even put the "do not disturb" sign and the maid knocked at our door in the morning waking us up. Trash was left on the exterior access balcony and not picked up for the entire day. The reception desk staff seemed totally disinterested in the work they were hired to do. What an awful experience. I have no idea where the good reviews come from.

I booked this property online because it is pet friendly and has free parking and Wi-Fi. I arrived and unpacked my bags and took a shower. And when I took a shower, it flooded the entire room and bathroom to the point of making a small lake. I went into the lobby and told the man at the desk about the flood. He sent a maintenance man over who pulled a whole bunch of long black hairs out of the drain and left them in the trashcan. Then he told me to go to the front desk and change rooms. When I arrived at the front desk, the desk clerk told me that the hair that the maintenance man took out of the trash he believes to be my dogs. The funny thing is my dog is a little white with very few light brown spots, and he’s a hypoallergenic Shih Tzu. Not only that, he didn’t take a shower. I have long, dark blonde hair, and I only took one shower and my hair didn’t all fall out. They literally blamed me for flooding the bathroom when all I did was take one. Then he told me I had to pay a 500 peso pet deposit, even though it was not on my booking information nor did anyone tell me when I registered for my room. I have never had a more uncomfortable, disrespectful and unprofessional experience and what should’ve been a very simple one night stay while I’m traveling with my very quiet, suite non-shedding dog who doesn’t take showers.
