i was staying here for 3 nights and i regret my decision. 1. the hotel condition when i arrived, the first floor was empty and only had abandoned shops. there's a huge stair in the middle of it, but it's closed. we have to use the lift to the 3rd floor to do the check in. the reception was dark. it's like a haunted hotel in a movie. the surrounding was great because it's close to pratunam market, bus stop, and halal food, and that's the only good thing about this hotel. 2. the room cleanliness the room was smelly and full of cockroaches!!! the moment we were walking through the hotel alley, the smell was weird. the room was big enough, but when i opened the room, the cockroaches also greeted me right in front of the door. and it is everywhere, you can see from the video, it's the only video i can take. there is a leak in the bathroom which makes all the towels wet and the floor slippery. 3. the receptionist & down payment the receptionist is not giving us the customer service and hospitality attitude at all. i think she needs to work on that a little bit more. we are not disrespecting her from the moment we arrived, but she treats us like we are staying there for free. i was requesting a new room, but she said all rooms are full. are you kidding me? i don't see anyone other than us during our stay and she said everything was full??? are we looking at a person that is not "people" *cried* they asked for 6000thb for a deposit!!! 3000thb for one room and one night. it's a lot for a deposit and for that kind of hotel. i was staying in p**lman hotel (5 star hotel) before and they were only asking for a 200thb/room/night. doesn't make sense at all!! and until now, i'm still waiting for the refund back to my credit card. things i would appreciate about this hotel is only their cleaning service. even though the room cleanliness is so bad, at least they helped us to clean our damaged room -,- and they apologized for the current situation since they are about to close. yes, they are about to close completely or re-build, i don't know. my advice is, please just book another hotel. a lot of great hotels near pratunam market like l33l4 orc1d hotel or marw1n hotel etc. indra regeant is losing their sparks and it's not the hotel that makes your stay amazing. i was staying here because my friends were staying here. she said the hotel was great...but it was 3 years ago before covid hahaha. she was also disappointed.

The toilet suction fan is not working so the bad smell comes into the room. I have called the reception but there is no response.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to shopping malls, making it ideal for shopping. Although the hotel is large, the staff seems limited, and most of the guests are Indian. The room did not have a toothbrush, which was not appropriate given the room rate, so we had to purchase one outside (The room rate is around 2,200 baht/room). The room was not cleaned properly, and there were leftover fruit peels from the previous guest on the bed. We arrived at midnight and checked in without issue, but the next morning, when we went out and returned, our room door was locked. When we asked the front desk to open the door so we could check our booking via our phone (which we had left in the room), the staff made it difficult for us and even threatened to keep our belongings. This was highly unprofessional for a service-oriented business. We spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and it was quite a while before the front desk finally allowed us to go up to the room to check our booking. Despite having paid for the room in full in advance, they still required a 3,000 Baht deposit per room at check-in, which we did not notice when booking through a third-party service. This would be inconvenient for travelers like us who do not have much baht cash available to use The main issue was the attitude and handling of the situation by the front desk, which left us with no desire to return in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is beside the main road so easier when looking for transportation. But at night, the lobby lights are a bit dim.

Spooky at the night, no one and dark on 4th floor which is a lobby, it's not a 4star standard hotel.

The place is in a good location. The room is also comfortable and quite clean. Although the building looks old and the hallway is not very bright, it does not feel scary. But if you want to stay here, you must have a lot of patience. When we arrived, the reception was not available 24 hours, and when checking out, make sure there are no problems in the room if you want the check out process to be fast.

Hotel is quite old in Indian district. Everything is not suitale with 3 star standard. But the price is so competible.

Love staffs and love my room. I'll be back to the Indra Regent for my Bangkok trip 🙏🙏

The check-in staff is only two people. There is no concierge staff. Like a two star hotel. Not worthy of being called a 4 star hotel. The hotel is very old and the equipment in the rooms is very old. Equipment is 30 years old. It is no longer suitable for 4 star hotels. There are lots of regulations. I will never return to this hotel again. I paid the price for a 5 star hotel. But what I got was a 2 star hotel. It was no longer worthy of being called a hotel.

Kami datang berlibur bersama keluarga besar (9 pax), sewa 4 kamar selama 3 malam, Hotelnya sudah tua, agak kumuh, mulai dari pintu masuk hotel (lantai dasar) sampai lobby di lt4 suasana nya gelap, sunyi/sepi, remang-remang, saat cek in terlalu banyak peraturan, kami pesan 2 kamar triple tapi tidak boleh lebih dari 6 pax, kami bawa anak usia 7 tahun kena biaya tambahan Thb 1050/anak, tapi tanpa extra bed, uang deposit nya besar sekali (usd 1000/room), fasilitas toiletery nya juga pelit, tiap hari harus di minta sabun, tissue, sikat gigi dan lain-lain, tidak ada slipper (harus di minta dulu), Kolam renang nya juga kumuh, air nya agak keruh. Pelayanan (room service nya) juga kurang ramah,

Hotel lobby service is bad. Public toilet is lock and the whole hotel is very dark. Not I come as few years ago.

The rooms are clean, the location is strategic, the service is ok. The location is very close to pratunam market. Only the light in the hotel is rather dim.

Hotelnya cukup unik jika check in di malam hari, karena receptionist tutup jam 6 sore. Sehingga proses check in dilayani oleh 1 orang bell boy yang sudah siap dengan kunci kamar sesuai pesanan. Kamar hotelnya sendiri sebenarnya nyaman karena luas & bersih, hanya sayangnya tidak ada bidet. Untuk fasilitas lain agak kurang ok karena terbilang hotel lama. Kelebihan hotel ini adalah lokasinya yang sangat strategis untuk orang yang tujuannya shopping, karena sangat dekat kemana-mana (Pratunam, Platinum, December, Tofu dan lain-lain) dan cukup dengan jalan kaki. Dan di hotel ini ada triple room yang luas & bikin hemat untuk biaya penginapan ke Bangkok.

Check-in policy is 14:00. However, it is only 15:30 to be received. The front desk staff is a bit slow, processing takes a long time. The room has no toiletries. There is a request from the reception to bring it up, but it takes a long time

The room is still clean, only because to save space it tends to be dark, after 12 o'clock no lights are turned on on the 4th floor for the receptionist. You also have to use a cell phone flashlight to walk. That's bad. Strategic location, everywhere close.

Ok sich. The hotel is an old building, and it seems really dark, because maybe the hotel just saves electricity, if it's bright it will definitely look more comfortable.
