It's not bad for the price you pay in. They are working on upgrading and remodeling all the rooms. Housekeeping is amazing. I don't know her name, but she was so friendly every day

The hotel was clean, mattress a little soft but in good condition. Just needs updated but overall a good experience.

Nice staff. Rooms were not hygienic as sink and bathtub were dirty and with rust stains. TV was not working 2 out of 3 days.

Seemed to be a heightened police presence. A little worry some. The site is being remodeled. I hope the room in which I stayed is one that still needs a "face-lift". The good news - The room was very economical! Management was friendly.

This location is terrible. The hotel is in poor condition. The photos are not this location. The staff is exceptional rude, and uncaring. The room smelled modly and dirty. The bed sheets had dirty stains, the pillows were dirty inside a semi clean pillow case. The bed cover had two large stains. I went to cancel the room immediately after we saw the room. The mgr went to check the room. I went with him, and pointed out the concerns. He re made the bed, did not care it was obviously dirty. Re listed the room as ready. I tried to get a refund from Expedia, but customer service was impossible.

Nice quiet location. The walls in our room were beat up but they were remodeling the other rooms so it may seem that they are in the middle of updating everything. The smoke detector was beeping when we arroved ans they changed out the battery pretty quickly

The hotel was safe and clean, and in a quiet location, but it is extremely run down. It could greatly use an updated. Overall, it was fine for the price, but I was glad I was only staying one night.

Easy check-in and I like that the rooms could be entered from the outside. The staff was very friendly and patient too. And I was able to book my room at the last minute.

Need security, my wife & I didn’t appreciate a couple of guys knocking on your door at 2::00 am looking for someone. Didn’t sleep well after that.

The pictures of the property were definitely not current. The property needs repair & refresh. I felt unsafe based on the clientele around & on property. The door did not lock properly so I wasn’t confident that someone couldn’t enter the property. The lady at check-in was nice enough but did not converse with me (or smile). There was no coffee at the “free” breakfast, and that’s all I wanted. I would not stay there again, although the surrounding hotels appeared more pleasing.

Abandoned dogs left in a room across the hall on our floor. Nothing for handicap

Room smelled horrible. There was one towel and one small bar of soap. Left headphones in the room-went back to retrieve them and they denied having them or finding them. I know for a fact they were there.
