Great facility with charm and comfort

Excellent stay! Unique and splendid, since all rooms are actually separate house suites. Basically 4 rooms, bath, kitchen, bedroom, sitting area. Best I have found! Thanks!

Wonderful experience, friendly staff, clean facilities. Some negatives, internet was not working so we couldn't connect to our wifi and ice machine is at the lobby so we had to walk in the cold to get ice....not a bad walk but just a bit out of the way. But overall, great experience. Will stay again.

Really cute and very clean

We stayed at the same place a couple of years ago before remodeling it was great prior and they've done a nice job remodeling however they now have rooms that are smaller and some we require going up steps on the outside which is a big surprise for us after being assigned room we realize it was a walk up those outside stairs and we went back in and asked for a ground floor room which they were able to provide no complaints about the place or the service just it has changed

I returned to this property cuz I had a good experience . Unfortunately, I got the penthouse and didn't realize that the hot water heater would not support me and my guest. I wasn't informed about the hot water heater until I noticed it on my check-in sheet.

Absolutely a beautiful property and the room was even more spectacular. I will be returning.

Very nice place to stay with pets. Rooms are like small apartments. Full breakfast is a nice added bonus.

Friendly staff and comfortable matress & chairs. Was nice to just sit down and relax and not worry about rough beds! Very clean, very well thought out and very comfortable!

It was a cute wel kept apartment like setting. Could have used an ice maker but ice was in lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Ice cream was very good and available all day.

Amazing and relaxing place to stay!

I really liked the room however when my special needs son broke the tv, we were asked to leave. I did tell them right away and was honest about the damage. I just was hoping for a different outcome due to us having nowhere to go due to a house fire and the short notice didn’t help. Please explain why a long stay hotel welcomes displaced families with pets and takes extra fees every night for a deposit and then turns around and takes a stand against people who are forthcoming with the truth? I guess that’s why people lie.

This is my go to hotel in Lincoln, I've stayed here three or four times now. I love having a full kitchen and washing machine, and because the units are small buildings, it's always quiet - none of the usual hotel hallway noise. It's an extremely convenient location as well, right in the heart of town close to the mall and several grocery stores.

Front desk very friendly and professional. Parking very easy. Great place to stay. Will be back.
