Would not recommend this hotel, it’s old and outdated. Carpet on floors, noisy and non othe amenities were open

Let me say Ms. Lynns in the breakfast lounge hospitality saved my trip. She was kind, she spoke, helped us make 4th july plans, and made sure we ate goood every morning. Even helped us make plates. She was amazing & very attentive! This hotel knew i was checking in late & canceled my room & Then dbl charged me. Told me they had no rooms but found a standard dbl bed even though i paid for a dbl bed suite then she gave me a a king suite whose only bathroom is in the bedroom so kids woke us up going in & out plus it only gets 3towels even if we have 4 people. There are no mattress protectors, rooms are outdated, & furniture stained. There are no high chairs for toddlers & everything is in the main building across the parking lot so youll have to drive. Staff do not speak nor are they friendly. Breakfast is good, no bugs, great bathroom, clean & spacious, nice shop area but mostly empty. Just nothing special.

The room was very clean AND it had a (small) WASHER/ DRYER stackable with laundry soap for you. That was AWESOME! Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Small fridge with a tiny freezer. Nice. The reason for the 4 star, someone was smoking weed in their room which stunk up the hallway. Staff did let them know and it stopped. Otherwise a very nice experience

Roaches

Had to swap rooms 3 times. First room was a single bed we booked a double as we had 4 guests. Second room someone else was literally sleeping in the bed. Third room was finally one we could use. The lobby rooms smelt like straight cigarette smoke. But the building we stayed in was good just very complicated to find as none of the building are numbered.

Excellent place and the loby woman (Debi) was very kind. I really love this places, very clean, good breakfast, definitely I'll go back in the future.

Faculty clean however the carpet was very stink . You should really consider removing carpet from pet friendly facilities . In addition there was TOO much noise transmitting from the multitude of TRACTOR trailers which seem to be idling there vehicle throughout the entire night right behind my windows of the suites .There was no mention of the rest stop right behind the suites ..

They trying to sell you dirty, stinky room at the beginning, and if that not gonna work , they might give you better room in the main building. I’m not recommending this hotel for people with kids even for 1 night.

Semi truck rest stop in back of hotel. Noticable noise from room. Otherwise place was clean, friendly and wonderful.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Our fridge wasn’t working and the room wasn’t very cool due to how dirty the filter was. Our kitchenette had a silverware holder but no silverware.

Totally unexpected the quality of the place! I always thought it was a standard interstate motel, but it definitely is not! The room was nice, I couldn’t hear the highway noise at all and for once didn’t have to listen to someone else’s plumbing! It also had a pub included and was in walking distance of two other restaurants.

It was great, the only 2 things I didn’t like was, that the chain inside the toilet was broken and it smelled like cigarettes, even though it’s a none smoking facility
