No early airport shuttle service. Our flight was 7am, they didn't have the shuttle service at that time but they have taxi available.

The hotel is a nice option if you are flying out of the Tijuana Airport since it’s only 5mins away. The hotel gym, pool, and bar areas are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information around the vicinity and they offered two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is a little dated but a nice place if you need to be close to the airport area. I would stay again.

The staff were friendly and capable, the room was clean and in good repair. The restaurant downstairs is really good. Highly recommend their Carne En Su Jugo. Delicious! Also, it was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the consulate.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, had a nice restaurant and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I wish I had checked the mattress brand. Anyway, the only issue I had was that it felt a little secluded, I think there was a little shopping area nearby but not too walkable. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a few minutes from a shopping mall.. The restaurant is really good and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely stay again on my next visit!
